The purpose, as I understand it, is to provide a place where black women can go to find culturally sensitive therapy. Some specialize in family/couples as well.

Taking care of your mental health is another important factor in your overall health. Fighting for good mental health is a fight worth doing, and is just as difficult, if not moreso, than physical fighting. 

We deserve to be delicate.

We deserve to be swooned and fawned over.

We deserve to be regal.

We deserve to be tender.

We are soft.

We are delicate.

Collective pain made us stronger but pain is not our sole identity. We don't need to grind endlessly and push us to exhaustion to show our worth. We are worthy. That's our birth right.

We don't need to be strong all the time.

We are allowed to cry.

We can ask for help.

We deserve to rest.
