if youre past the time of probation period you should start telling off your manager. don't have the details but starting to put your foot down early and not budging does a lot. they don't need nor care about a smiling face, they will ALL want to walk on you. Don't be a sidewalk, put down glass. Might suck but at least they'll learn not to fuck around and find out. first day at my job today and i was SO SO worried but it is like. 100x better then my old job. it made me realize what a fucking SHITSHOW the old location was💀management was so fucking bad in comparison to this one. no wonder it was like getting tortured every day there they couldnt run the fucking store. anyway its only day one so i might eat my words in a month in but im actually not dreading it anymore. genuinely chill amazing environment. 10x more autism friendly. 10x bigger stockroom. no more dozen incompetent 18 year old men fresh out of highschool fucking everything up in the stockroom and getting in my way. the stockroom was so beautiful i could have cried. the only downside is i might get less hours but that just means more time to work on patreon stuff so ill make back at least a little money :3

Attack for @soliusss , abstract depiction of Dumi.

Blue + Black spiral design to best represent a psychedelic vibe that I get from Dumi. A focus on my space and starry tapes with at least one of my lantern tapes. Geometrical yellow frame with Red Diamond to represent the additional accents and the shapes those pieces have. As well as adhering to the 70% 20% 10% color scheme Dumi appears to follow.
