It’s getting dark, it’s getting cold, and you will more than likely be getting the sniffles soon so take care of yourself as you can right now.

POTION

- lemon slices

- ginger slices

- green tea

- honey

Boil your kettle, get yourself a big ass cup and settle down.

I create a basic sigil with honey (I create a circle clockwise to encourage energy to enter, and then place a big dot of honey in the centre to replicate the simple for the Sun which is a positive sign).

Then I use 2 lemon slices and 1 piece of sliced ginger, a green teabag, and just pour that damn boiling water all over that shit.

You let it sit for 3 mins, stir that honey and all around to let that goodness out. Then remove the lemon and ginger, strain the teabag, and sip that up.

BATH SPELL

- ½ cup sea salt

- ½ cup epsom salt

- 5-6 drops of eucalyptus oil

- 2 tbsp coconut oil

- 4-5 orange slices

- 3-4 rosemary sprigs
