Silena Beauregard was nobody special before Luke Castellan, a famous actor, came into her life. She grew up in a small town and spent her days baking. Though she’d always had a passion for composing music and dancing to songs that came on the radio, no matter the genre. Her father encouraged her to make her dreams come true and so when Luke have her that chance, she took it. However, Luke wasn’t as great a man as he seemed online and on TV. Eventually, she knew she needed to leave him but also knew that leaving him meant losing her budget and getting into online drama. Yet she mustered up the courage and left with her suitcase in the pouring rain. She stays with her father again and discovers that her mother had also been a famous super model before she disappeared on him one day.

She feels a little lost and gets frustrated when she just can’t think of any lyrics or Melodies. She takes a walk in the park but on her way up to her favourite cafe, she hears a band playing in the bar and decides to take a look. There she meets a rag-tag group known as “The Demigods”. The group consists of a guitarist and vocalist, Clarisse La Rue. She’s passionate and short tempered and always up for a competition. Then there’s Michael Yew, the small but mighty pianist and keyboard player of the band. Finally, Connor Stoll the drummer and his older brother Travis, the bassist. They’re mischievous and very serious about sticking together, no matter what.

Silena ends up joining the band as the official lead vocalist, alongside Clarisse. Then Connor says they should enter a competition and so Silena and her new friend’s rise to stardom begins.
