When I was an edgy teenager obsessed with wolves I originally used the handle “Dark Wolf” for online stuff. This must have been around the time the Neo Destiny expansion of the Pokémon TCG came out (2002) because I vividly remember the Light vs. Dark theme in that expansion. Some time later I decided that I’d rather be a Light Wolf than a Dark Wolf because I wasn’t edgy enough, I guess. I started using that name for online accounts and games, and it stuck.
