Happy birthday to Random Doom. I read those all the time and my favorite was definitely the comics about your Vespequeen and Murkrow! It inspired me so much that I drew my own comics of my own Black and White pokemon having their own adventures and relationships.

I remember your Nightmare Before Christmas comic about Lock, Shock, and Barrel.

I actually don't know which chapter is my personal favourite. Something to ponder I guess. And ah yes. the Red Riding Hood parody thing. I've been thinking of redoing that one with my Bottled Up cast. Hehe Yeah, it was like yesterday...

Hey, big time fan of yours, especially of your Random Doom comics! :D Though I was looking at your comics and it kinda got me wondering, despite you having long finished the comics, have you ever randomly gotten the thought of redrawing some of them?

Your art has really changed and it honestly would be pretty cool if you ever did redraw these. I still love them because they have that "When gen 4 FIRST came out" kind of feel.🥰

Random Doom was my gateway into the wider world of the internet as it's the reason I made this tumblr over 10 years ago now. Without that I may have never been introduced to ideas that helped me break free from the conservative 'values' I was raised on. Thank you so much for sharing your incredible art!

Riolu is Born was my first ever webcomic I read back in 2009 and it was a wonderful introduction! Before that I had only seen some scans of traditionally drawn and colored comics on a Pokemon website, but finding pokemon webcomics and fanart on Deviantart opened a whole new world to me (and taught me SO MUCH English)

Oh man, you learned English from MY BROKEN FINNISH ENGLISH?! Haha, thank goodness I got a proof reader eventually, haha.

In the 'Ghost of Old Chateau' of you Random Doom comic, you twice mentioned a ghost butler that did not make the cut. I wish to know more abou the butler and how the butler would have been designed.

You are right. Aside of the ghost girl, you can encounter a ghost butler in the old chateau and I was planning to feature him too in the comic.

He was supposed to appear in the kitchen scene, where Rupert finds the eaten food and soda. I think he was supposed to serve Rupert the soda. I cut him out cos that didn't make sense with all the ghosts getting mad at our heroes for eating the food. (why would the ghost serve food and then get mad?) I never designed him, but I imagine he would have looked similar to the in game old man sprite, with some typical butler outfit and mannerism.
