uuuhhhh ok

very quickly losing my mind very quickly destroying things that make me happy very quickly losing sense of what is real and what is my mind resorting to old methods of self defence i don’t know who to trust i know that it can’t be me because clearly i don’t know what’s good for me it hurts and i feel desperate for a saviour is this when i’m supposed to pray i don’t even think i’m good enough for help i just wish i wasn’t hurting other people i wish for my destruction i wish for my disappearance i wish for numbness i wish i could erase everything that ever happened so that no one would remember me and i could just let myself die
