When things get really dark, and times are really hard, there’s something about Harry Potter that makes life richer.

The 100 AS A SITCOM -> Living in Arkadia : “This place is a once in a lifetime find. Can’t wait to show it off to you when you get here,” Monty says into his phone, chatting away to Jasper as he wraps lights around the wooden railing, finishing up the decorating. A grand statement, indeed, but it was definitely warranted. Granted, when the property and land was first bought, the place was a dilapidated mess that had everything wrong with it, but the apartment complex had potential. And in terms of location, it was second to none; private and secluded despite being smack dab in the heart of the city.

It was a calculated risk on all their parts to put a down payment on the complex, but it protected them from being underneath the thumb of skeevy landlords which made the whole process worth it. It took half a year to fully furnish and renovate the place to bring it up to code, but the result more than made up for it, creating the perfect sanctuary after a long day’s work.

Monty and Harper set themselves up in the highest apartment, constructing a greenhouse on the flat roof so Monty can have easy access to his plants while Harper takes full advantage of her home spa. Murphy and Emori set their sights on the apartment below theirs, Murphy appreciating the kitchen’s layout the best while Emori creates an entertainment room where she can watch movies/play games in.

To the left of them, Bellamy and Clarke take the second floor apartment, Bellamy loving how brightly the sun shines into his newly built library while Clarke enjoys the peaceful serenity in her fully stocked art room. The first floor apartment and the one closest to the ground, is where Raven and Echo live, Echo using their spare room to build a home gym while Raven’s a stone’s throw away from her workshop that’s right beside the house.

And today was the big day to invite their friends and family over for their big grand opening, going so far as to even have a ribbon cutting ceremony at the front gate and Octavia teases her brother over his dramatics, knowing full well it was his cheesy idea. Their friends and family are guided into the backyard where over a dozen champagne bottles are uncorked, a crescendo of cheers erupting in every corner, filling the place with life once again.
