I've talked about it a bit on bsky about ocfication of the king as Zoraal Ja's clone, and Shur also get cloned as well.
The gist is that after the original fought in front of the gate (with Shur winning the fight and changed Zoraal Ja's mind about entering the Golden City), both of them are injured and especially Shur was in bad shape, so he asked Sphene if she can help them heal. For the treatment to happen, Sphene ask for the Key because "it is something ours", and Zoraal Ja who cares for Shur took the deal without question. They returned after they recovered but Everkeep recorded their medical data.
The Key that Zoraal Ja brought was fake, and Sphene knew that yet she still act on the deal without telling him. Sareel ja turns out survived and he actually swapped the Key that he gave to zrj with a fake one. He entered the gate with the real Key when they already left the Cenote, and formed contract with Sphene. When he discovered that Everkeep has their data he used it to create clone of them, creating Zoraal Ja and Shur that he wished.
While Sareel Ja succeed in creating clone of Zoraal Ja he failed to completely clone Shur because he failed to find a soul suitable for her and something about her powers are impossible to be replicated. So clone!Shur is just a regular xaela girl that's empty and lack emotions, hence her title "The Doll". But over time, she show signs of growing personality and ego herself. Although Sareel Ja doesn't expect anything from her, Sphene adores her and took care of her (her clothes are from Sphene). The King, despite usually acting cold, has a soft spot for her and feeling somewhat nostalgic. With how the things will go, there will be doomed romance.............(even so I will still get attached to them 😭)
To be honest this is mostly a wip headcanon too and there will be changes (like I'm still not sure in calling clone!shur what title and what name. Also details about Sareel Ja might be pending too until the last AR) but the clones will be the key characters for part2 zorashur for me to cook in the future 🍳

"You're welcome. Don't forget it again next year, alright?"
"I won't forget, now that you have given me this today."
Happy 1st Year Anniversary for my lizard wolship zorashur!
I wrote a short 2K-something for this *cries* enjoy!!!
Note (Before Start):
OOC is expected because this Zoraal Ja is mentally stable (lol). This took some time after DT MSQ but Zoraal Ja wasn’t responsible for the dome and the Alexandria stuff -route.
Zoraal Ja is still a Commander of Landsguard here, meanwhile Shur is doing adventurer’s work at the new Adventurer’s Guild branch on Tuliyolall.
A Tuliyollal fictional tradition HC(?) where every year there's a day where you give flowers to a person to show your feelings to them. Usually it is given by family members, friends, and even lovers. This is inspired by the Rising Event banner.
English is hard muzukashii and not my first language dewa arimasen. This is my first time posting a fic (if I can call it one) with this language and this genre so don’t expect a literature. Also whatever english style that ffxiv char like to use is too hard I will not use that. I’m simply just putting a story in…whatever format is this 😂
______
"Zoraal Ja, this is for you."
A bouquet of colorful flowers was presented before him. It's not large for an adult Mamool Ja such as him, but for the girl that held the bouquet, she needed to hold it with two hands.
If he's at her height, he probably wouldn't be able to see her face. But since he effortlessly towers over her, he can see her face looking up at him behind the flower, smiling sweetly.
This gift had reminded him of something long forgotten.
"The Festival of Flowers...is it today?"
"That's right, it's today. I've been learning about the Festivals in Tural from everyone, and in my first year of being here I really don't want to miss this one..."
Shur raised her brow suspiciously, "Zoraal Ja...that reaction, you forgot?"
"I haven't had the time to celebrate it for years. Yes, I forgot, apparently."
Shur sighed in disbelief.
"Really, you are-"
"But, thank you. Thank you for the flower, and for reminding me as well, Shur."
Zoraal Ja rested the flower on one of his large hands. The other one, he gently patted her shoulder. He made a small smile as he stared down at her. Taken aback with his sudden behaviour and as always, she could've never been able to resist his smile. Shur quickly forgives the forgetful prince as she smiles back at him.
"You're welcome. Don't forget it again next year, alright?"
"I won't forget, now that you have given me this today."
Shur giggled proudly as she slipped out her hand that was between the bouquet and his hand. Meanwhile Zoraal Ja removed his hand from her shoulder and now had it rest on top of the bouquet. Now that it is completely on his hold, Shur was glad that she decided to add more flowers to make the bouquet larger, so this size is perfect for him.
"Did you arrange these flowers?" Zoraal Ja asked.
Shur nodded, "Yeah, I picked some when I went to Urqopacha, and found many of those colorful ones. It looks pretty like colorful lilies, and doesn't really have a strong smell...so I thought, you might be okay with it."
"But, I actually didn't manage to find many of them, so I bought some of the others from the flower shop too. Although, the ones I picked from the mountain were a bit bigger. But still, I don't want to waste the one I picked myself, so sorry if it turns out a bit messy..."
"It's alright, you did very well. I could tell that this is your handwork."
It's amateurish but there's a mix of following the rules and whatever goes to it. After some time knowing this girl, that's how she mostly does things...with exception of cooking, maybe.
She made a small laugh, "I'm glad, I did it well enough for you! I don't understand much about flowers, and its meanings, but...I really like these flowers, both the lilies and the small blue ones. It might not fit but, I felt that I needed to include these blue ones that I had found. It was small, but it fascinates me that it could grow in a place like mountains. And the color...it reminds me of you—it reminds me of us."
Shur blushed slightly, "D-Does this, convey my intention enough? The tradition is also, 'tell my feelings' with the flowers too after all...is it correct?"
Zoraal Ja chuckled, "It’s good enough. I received your feelings as well, Shur."
Shur made a relieved sigh. The truth is, the giver doesn't need to explain it with words as the flowers were messages enough, but saying that to her now would only make her more confused so he'll just keep it silent.
But, even without her saying it, the flowers she gave to him were understandable enough to him. Even though she didn't understand it herself.
This occasion wasn't something foreign to him after all.
But, this made him ponder, how long has it been since he received one by hand on this day?
"Hmmm. So, I guess you rarely celebrate this?" Shur asked, breaking his thought.
Zoraal Ja shook his head. "No...at least, it used to. Father—The Head of Reason loved flowers and always celebrated this day. He would give us a bouquet that he arranged himself."
Shur's expression softened. "So ever since he...you forgot...?"
Zoraal Ja nodded, "We—or at least I—I never 'celebrated' it again since his 'sleep'. I had become the Commander of Landsguard. Getting used to my new position back then was tough, there were many things that I used to do that I couldn't. But the more time passed, I've forgotten about them."
"For this day, without the Head of Reason, the Head of Resolve kept forgetting about the celebrations, so he was only receiving flowers from my siblings. Meanwhile, I never did..."
"I see..."
Shur smiled.
"Then, from now on, I'll be giving you a bouquet every year! I honestly don't have a full idea how to do this yet, but I'll learn it!"
She relaxed her voice a little bit. "So, at least, you won't forget anymore. The day that's loved by your father, you won't forget it."
Despite being given another unfortunate story about him, the blue haired girl gives encouraging words, as always.
Until, he heard a faint chuckle with her voice, and spotted a change of expression.
"And of course, this must be your first time receiving flowers from a lady too right? Well, except your sister, that doesn't count."
Shur wore a smug look while saying that.
Sometimes, she randomly said nonsense that something would be said by her teacher. Though by now, he knows that she's just trying to copy that Lalafell. After all, her cheeks were red when she said that.
Zoraal Ja shrugged, "...No, you weren't. I had received flowers from someone other than my family as well. A woman."
He could swear that the curl on top of her head swayed the other way, before she made a huge gasp.
"Huh!!!???"
The smug is gone, but the red cheeks stay, or worsen.
"Z-Zoraal Ja! So you–-I knew it!! You really had a—but there's no way!!"
She looked up to him and spoke loudly as she looked like she was about to tear up.
"Who!? Who is the lady!? D-Don't tell me, it's...it's...!!"
Zoraal Ja lightly patted her head down. "Calm down. She was no one. I don't even know her name."
He brushed the top of her head before putting his hand away.
"Anyway, your break time is almost over right?"
"Huh!? No! I can't leave it like this without explanation!"
"Oh, so the famous adventurer would rather gossip than to check quests, huh?"
"Gossip!? Well, aren't you the one who brought this up, you scandalous Commander!"
Zoraal Ja chuckled, "Alright, how about I tell you while I walk you to the guild, then?"
Shur bobbed her head up and down excitedly, as they left the area together.
It was in the year before Zoraal Ja became a Commander. It was the day of the flower festival, but he was busy so he had to leave so early for work. A village was struck by a Tural Vidraal attack the other day, which they managed to repel but the damage was still severe. As one of the captains that was involved in the mission, Zoraal Ja had a duty to check on the village after the attack.
It was already afternoon when he finished his part on the site and could return back to the Brightploom Post. The way back was crowded with people who were holding flowers, and giving them to their loved ones. Zoraal Ja thought of home, thinking that his father must have also given his siblings by now. It's unfortunate that he'll miss it, but his duty as the Landsguard, the safety of the people, is more important.
That's when, to his surprise, a woman walked to him.
Actually, he thought that she was looking for another person, but turns out she was looking for him.
On her hand was a bouquet of flowers.
As the First Promise, as the Resilient Son, as the Miracle Child, people wouldn't normally approach him so carelessly. He isn't friendly or open like his siblings. There's really little reason to approach him, or even, gifted him flowers on this day. Unless-
"This is for you, Prince Zoraal Ja. As a thank you, for saving my life."
"This bouquet was supposed to be for my Father...he didn't make it that day. But it was thanks to you that I did not follow his fate. So please, accept this."
With his position and his status, it was foolish to accept a gift from the more common, where envy could easily grow. Any simple gift could have something harmful hidden.
But, that beautifully arranged flower was for her father, huh.
The Resilient Son was surprisingly soft, and so he accepted the bouquet.
Zoraal Ja returned back to the palace in the evening. It was late, but at least he could go home.
To his second surprise of the day, his siblings and his father were waiting at the front of the palace for him, flowers—lots and lots of flowers on their hands. It was all the lilies from Urqopacha, with all their colors.
"Brother Zoraal Ja!! Welcome home!!!"
"Since it took a long time for you to get back home, Lamaty'i went out to get more flowers and she got this much...wait, brother, is that a bouquet?"
"Oh-ho, has our Son finally got someone? Are you late because of this rendezvous instead of overtimed work?"
"Really...this is our son Zoraal Ja, not you. It must be tough today but good work, my son. I hope this isn't too late, or too much, but these flowers are all for you..."
That evening was moonless, but the smile that his family wore made this night the brightest night of his life, he thought on that day.
"Ah...so, the woman was a survivor. I didn't know…I'm sorry I thought about something else..." Said Shur, after hearing the story.
"It's alright. I have never seen her again ever since. If I recall correctly, in the following year she travelled to Eorzea to search for work, like many of the other survivors of that incident. "
Zoraal Ja looked at her side-eyed, "So, it’s nothing to feel jealous about."
"H-hey! I'm not jealous! Maybe a little...curious, but not jealous! A-anyway!"
Shur made a fake cough and tried to change the subject, "That day, you also received flowers from your family too! That's really nice! I'm glad that you still remembered the festival after all."
She patted the back of his hand that was holding the bouquet that she gave.
"And you were the one who reminded me again, Shur."
He took one of the blue flowers from the bouquet, and slipped it between her hair and her horn. It really does blend with her hair.
"To think you put this flower as well on the bouquet...you're quite sly."
Shur tilted her head and glanced at the blue flower and him.
"What's wrong with the flower? Does it mean bad?"
Zoraal Ja shook his head, "Absolutely not. It’s quite fitting, even."
Shur made a confused frown, as her eyes up pleading at him.
"Hey…I know it sounds stupid but, can you tell me what my flowers really mean? I honestly really have no clue when I picked them…"
"Then, perhaps you should learn the meaning yourself. I'll reward you with a bouquet of my own, if you can find it."
Without realizing it, they are already very close to the Adventurer's Guild.
"Alright, quest accepted. I'll find out the meaning of my flowers, and the reward is flowers from you."
She grinned, "But, may I ask for additional rewards? Get some for the others as well. Especially for Gulool Ja, you’re his father now after all!"
Zoraal Ja smiled as he scoffed, "Heh, an easy arrangement."
"Haha, as expected of the Landsguard’s Lord Commander. You are always our most trustworthy client."
Shur walked closer to the Guild's building, creating a distance between them.
"I'll see you later, Zoraal Ja!"
"Good luck for today, Shur."
Shur turned towards the building, or so he thought she would. But instead, she fiddled her thumb awkwardly. Her eyes darted between the ground, and up towards him.
"Zoraal Ja, before we part...maybe..."
"Yes?"
Shur looked struggling to say something, but he could wait.
"Can you, um, go down...your face, a bit?"
A somewhat cryptic request, but he understood that she wanted him to kneel down. He is a lot taller after all.
And so, he kneeled. They are face-to-face with around the same height now.
She made a small whisper of "Alright..." and stepped forward to close their distance once more. Just like the way she cleared her enemies–quick and efficient–she leaned towards the right side of his face and he felt a soft touch on the side of his lips only for a moment. But, he still could feel it even when she's already retreated back to her original distance in just a blink.
As if she knew that if she's late just for a second, he would grab her waist and there will be no escape. Both are busy by day after all, so this might be the best for them.
"I'll see you later, for real..."
"Take care."
Zoraal Ja stood straight up as he watched the girl walk away, with her slender tail sways excitedly.
As she was lost from his view, he turned away to walk back, but his gaze was down towards the flower bouquet.
Lilies of Urqopacha, this was the Head of Reason's favorite. He often changed the flower arrangement but he always put the lilies on his bouquet. Of many flowers she could choose, it's a very funny coincidence that she decided to pick this for him.
Then, there's also the blue flower. She may have picked it just because of its color, but to him who was familiar with the meaning...it struck him.
Don't forget your precious memories.
To him, it felt like that's what the flowers were telling him.
Well then, since he needs to prepare so many bouquets, maybe he could sneak off from work, just for today.
Thus, it'll be the first time that The First Promise Zoraal Ja would be slacking off on his working hours.
______
End Note:
The flowers of Shur’s bouquet are (based on) Alstroemeria and Forget-me-not. Both can grow in the mountains so I thought it could exist in Urqopacha lol. (And Alstroemeria is also called Peruvian Lily, so it’s even more fitting!)
Their meanings are:
Alstroemeria: Friendship, Devotion, Loyalty. On the artwork, there is Red (Love), White (Pure), Yellow (Joy), Purple(Royalty)
Forget-me-not: Memories, True Love
Zoraal Ja on this HC (kinda weird this isn’t canon) was also aware about the Head of Reason passing, and it was a secret between him and the Head of Resolve. Zoraal Ja was appointed as the Commander shortly after.
Honestly I don't know what I'm doing here aaaaaahhh but I did it aaaaaaaahhh

Very obviously spoiler so dont click if you dont wanna be spoiled
Also extra warning that this is written by a zoraal ja stan so expect many talk of him regardless of everything lmao. Oh and I'm sorry that it's long.
Let's start with system and gameplay side first. I feel like they're really trying new stuff and it's cool. I really like the mini puzzly interaction format on perservation lab. It's a breath of fresh air from the usual speak with npc/interacting cast bar/etc it makes that part of the section very engaging and not boring. Also that locker scene I was really jumpscared LMAO (idk if I should laugh or be scared tbh. Also the director's hairstyle...I am somehow not surprised that he's a maniac lol)
The battle contents! The 2nd boss was certainly interesting! Finally something that encourage the support roles to deal damage. I only have done it with NPC at this time of writing so it made me wonder what happen if someone's die? (Cuz rezes spawn on the caster's place) They could be yoinked back by the boss to their place, but I guess I'll find out sooner or later from expert roulettes. I could see people already complaining about the dungeon concept, "this is another Amaurot/Dead Ends/Alexandria!!" But imo i'm always good with this type cuz i'm always down with more lore and background anywhere lmao.
The trial boss felt chunky but I did with NPC and they weren't the best of dps, but I have a feeling that getting this trial from roulette could be a mess lol. Also the tank buster cleave is comically big I almost cleaved the party (NPC likes to stay in place 😭). I haven't tried the EX yet as writing this but since it "supposedly" gives 2 totoms it should be longer fight like EX3. (It got patched tho lmao)
Then the cutscene after the trial, it was the first time ever this game made a unique battle cutscene for our wol that depends on our job and this...yes, this has been what I had ever wanted. WoL actually doing something, and ontop of that actually swinging/blasting with their weapon. I always had a complaint about WoL just standing there🧍during a cutscene which they could've intervene for so long and 7.3 finally, finally broke that curse. Seeing this happens makes me hopeful that they could make it a norm in the future stories, and I'm really excited for it 🔥
Now, some thoughts about MSQ's.
I think it's a great closure for the Alexandria part of DT and Sphene's story. It's tensions and emotions are high and it wraps up DT's theme of family, community, loss and death very well. Alexandrians could finally accept living with death and memories of loss is really satisfying. Sphene regained her place in Alexandria, successfully driven out the people that had toyed with the lives of her citizen while she was gone. Wuk Lamat kept her promise that she made with Endless Sphene to protect her people. From start to finish, I was locked on to the story despite the length of it (it took me maybe 7-6 hours and I complete in one sitting lol).
The dead gf yuri Lama(endless)sphene is definitely very much felt lol. Deep down it must felt awkward to see the real flesh version of Sphene with her lmao (fanfiction? Or real?). But I really like their interaction, and I really like it that it kinda gives more sympathy for Endless Sphene. I never hated Endless Sphene from 7.0, and from 7.2 onward we meet real Sphene, it only made me even feel more sorry for the Endless. Sphene was really a sweet girl who loves her country and her people, and the Endless was created mirroring her--sharing the same personality and all but just because she's a program, she was forced to do something that the real Sphene wouldn't do. It made me sad to think back on the scenes of 7.0, where she looked like she needs help, but she really can't say it...cuz the purpose she was built. So 7.3 also reminded us about that was really made me feel bad...(To the people who says something about "how dare speen acting sympathetic when she kills people!!" has to apologize to her now smhsmh)
The moment with Shale is nice for me, perhaps maybe some people would call that a filler (Idk since xiv players can be bitter about anything these days) but I appreciate that the storyline still respect Shale's and Oblivion members grief of Geode's passing. And it seems that when they first meet Cahciua she's already in robot form so that means she's already an endless. On 7.0, Endless Sphene talk about Cahciua as if she known from when Cahciua was alive and theres 30 years on the dome, so I wonder if Cahciua's death happened very early after Yyasulani fused? Though I don't recall how long has Cahciua, Shale, Geode, etc been with Oblivion but I don't think it's on a recent year right? (i need to check lmao)
I think I should put something here about Scion but I'm so lazy lol /slap. But yeah, sorry, I'm one of the people who thinks that they really should retire, but that's an issue since long ago they disbanded at the end of EW. But Krile, Krile is welcomed of course and I like it she's active on the investigation, as she has the connection to Preservation from her parents. Krile is still a supporting as the MC is still Wuk Lamat and Sphene, but the story still play her role well. And she should stay in the future on the topic about the key, since it's something from her ancestor (she had the right to be curious about it).
Calyx, I enjoyed him on 7.3 as well lol. Such a low energy calculating evil gremlin lmao. I like it that he keeps tabs on WoL very much. Him summoning primal powered by death is actually quite a smart move as well, as WoL's feat was putting death to them, and he made something that could get stronger after being killed. But since it's powered by fear, of course its weak with talk no jutsu to the source of its power, and that's on Sphene's part. It might seems that such a careless thing to miss for a calculating villain type, but since Sphene iirc had said something about "You're always been so single minded in everything" towards him, and Calyx had been so hyperfocusing on defeating the WoL, it made me think that ah, that's a fair use of his fatal flaw.
Also, does Calyx know that we know this locker? Hahahaha
The in game Yoshi-P-the-extreme-dealer also said something about Necron's inspiration could be from Calyx's own experience himself is also interesting. Someone who is so young but death keeps haunting him at every moment, he fears death so much that he had to make preservation, the idea of endless, and becoming endless himself to escape from it.
Onto the special topic... Zoraal Ja and Gulool Ja in this patch.
I can only sigh that, he remains the most mysterious creature of Dawntrail until the end. 7.3 really didn't give us something personal about him. The last thing we did get something was really 7.1 and we dont even get what he really thought and 7.1 shows one of his worst moments. If 7.3 really is the last of "DT story", and the last chance where he could still be a viable topic...then it's really over 😭
But Gulool Ja...I really want to hug him he really is a precious boyo. I thought he's more of a bookish ipad boy so when he said he wants to be a swordsman too--like his father, like Otis, I was so happy I cried man. He really said it what he really want, he found the value of himself, he learned to be happy with who he is. And despite the frustration that he went thru from losing the King of Resolve's Authority, he took that as a lesson learned. It may have been something entrusted by his father, but he was made believe that he too had to work it out to be someone who is suitable to hold it.
So then I envisioned it, Shur and Zoraal Ja trains Gulool Ja in swordmanship. Zoraal Ja being harsh in criticism, so Shur scold him for being so mean to Gulool Ja. Then Zoraal Ja also scold Shur for having zero awareness of holding back when sparring with Gulool Ja. Occasionally also, the couple have a little fight on who give lectures to Gulool Ja today, and argued about which battle style Gulool Ja fits the most. But despite all of that, Gulool Ja really loves them and loves all of their training, and the time they spent together--
(enough fanfiction) Also it seems that Gulool Ja also found Zoraal Ja's sword from the Cenote, so he really does left them before going to the gate. I wonder if he left them because he wants to start over? Is it because it was given by his father, who didn't chose him? The sword that starts "The Resilient Son", as he slain the monster that saved his siblings and made him the winner of the festival, giving him another pair of sword. The sword that made his curse of burden and expectation stronger, but in the end he wasn't suitable for what he had promised...so he had to leave it?
In the end we didn't know why he left his sword. What had truly made him like that, whats makes him think so little about the value of himself and 7.1 happened...
Oh and I also found it fitting that it was Erenville that follows Gulool Ja to the sword spot. If there's someone who can relate to Gulool Ja and even his father, it should be Erenville. Cahciua and Gulool Ja Ja are both amazing people but unfortunately not the best for their parenting, even if they had done their best in their own way. Even if they are different, there's something that Erenville and Zoraal Ja can relate about. Then, Gulool Ja's wish to become swordsman like his father, mirrors Erenville was when he wanted to be a gleaner like his mother. I wanted to think that they had talked together about it, and Erenville shared his story to Gulool Ja too, helping him to make his decision *nod*
But despite the lack of further clarity of Zoraal Ja, I still really content on the direction for his son. Gulool Ja mirrors his father in a way, but he had found something important that his father unfortunately didn't. Gulool Ja is both Zoraal Ja's legacy but also the second chance for him. He was given a chance to took the seat as a "Ruler", but also given a possibility of freedom to take it or leave it and he has others that will support his choice, unlike Zoraal Ja where that freedom never crossed his mind because the expectation from the people around him. Gulool Ja found friends, found his happiness of being himself, and the value of himself.... Gulool Ja...for the sake of yourself, and the people before you...please grow healthy and happy 😭😭😭😭
On a side note I feel like, I really should just accept that Zoraal Ja will be a sandbox game to me. The basic ingredients that I already like is there, so I'll just use it and cook it myself. I'll just accept that, this is how SE wants him to be (either that or, SE ran out of MSQ time limit lol). He's a subtle character. Nobody tells you about him. Story doesn't tell about him. But hints are there, the vibes are there, the possible cause and effects are there. There's no clarity and validation, but that's fine. Because that's how he is as a person, a lonely guy who doesn't know how to open up (like me fr...). There will be people that didn't grasp him, but at least, I did...and good for me that I did because I genuinely having fun with him rotating in my brain for this whole year...I did not regret of being crazy for an """ebil""" blue lizardman. (Reminder: I am NOT scalie. Zoraal Ja just happens to be a cutie gap moe in my brain so its not like I'm scalie or anything. But Bakool Ja Ja Gulool Ja Ja Mamool Ja in general making me go hmmmm sometimes also but that doesnt mean anything. Dragonborn was my first choice of race on my first time playing DnD but that doesnt mean anything too okay---)
Oh yeah the NPC after talk with Gulool Ja, Wuk Lamat and Koana, described that Gulool Ja had been training very hard. And it made me teared up to think that if Zoraal Ja went thru this too when he was a child...? Training so hard that his scales almost falls off...🥺 Also I really like the detail of Gulool Ja trains with one sword, like Zoraal Ja before the hunting festival in the short stories. It's sweet too that Gulool Ja's training motivation is really the WoL and he told Wuk Lamat about it. I'm glad that Gulool Ja chose to follow his father's footstep but he's not alone in it.
And lastly, my small thoughts for 7.4 below
For 7.4, I believe (I hope) we will stop having business in Alexandria because their main problem, the perservation and living memory, are gone. Calyx is still around but it seems that he is too, like Thordan, a pawn for the Acians. But unlike Thordan he lives (with WoL PTSD) and did not betray them, so chances are he could operates with them again but on the new place...could be back on Tural again. Well I do hope we tackle something in Tural again😵💫
At the end of the MSQ, Sphene also had said about wanting to do mass funeral on the top of Everkeep so the last Alexandria cutscene should be held there. And what else had happened on the highest place of Everkeep? That's right Zoraal Ja died there. Though at this point I have zero expectation that he would be mentioned, and could be a coincidence that Sphene simply choose there because it is the highest place, therefore the closest to "sending the departed journey beyond the clouds". But at least for myself, I want to believe that it also serves as his funeral as well because despite what he did, he served his time more in Alexandria (30year) comapred to Tural (27year) so he still was a people of Alexandria as well. But I wonder if we will still have his chair there on the cutscene haha but only if 7.4 actually did show it...(remember, they robbed us Gulool Ja Ja's funeral scene).
Honestly other than that I don't try to make "what to expect" on 7.4 onwards but I really hope that we don't go back to Eorzea yet. I like Tural and all but I need something to happen there so MSQ will be back on Tural again lmao. But something I wished to see a long time after 7.0 was actually a the new Dawnservants' struggle as a young and inexperienced ruler, but probably already too late to show it on 7.4...(and 7.1-7.3 showed that they're not struggling, sadly. Wait wdym sadly? Oh I like it when characters are struggling lmaooo)
Final:Extra: zorashur thoughts (?)
I have finally, finally decided that I could continue Shur's MSQ after seeing 7.3 lmao. Yes 7.X Zoraal Ja is further suffering BUT it's important for her to be there on Gulool Ja's growth too. And to obtain the ultimate vision of ZoraShurGul happy family she has to see it to the end *nod*
With now we have most of everything about Alexandria part of DT too, I could start to cook about P2 zorashur plans too. Well actually I had made some thoughts before, but now it seems I can decide better which thoughts to pick. But the statement "Memories can be transfered but can't be duplicated" actually almost made me rethink of the clone theory, but it's memories not flesh. So I could still play around with possibility of clone but the mind itself would be someone else entirely. And since I plan to shift the blame to Sareel Ja for P2 (lol) on "Memories can be transfered" I could still make the Vanadiel part real too after he's defeated in P2, maybe. So yes, Zorashur P2 is soon in the making, and it won't disturb the worldbuilding and lore too!
ALSO! The duty recorder supports for Zoraal Ja fight! I can make her first time fighting him as a duty record yes, if anything this is the best time because who knows when they gonna yeet it again! So with that, Shur is motivated. Though I need to finish what I have to do with my main first (savage progs, ex5 farms, etc) so it'll take some time but yes, soon after a whole year stuck on Lv99 MSQ, she'll be free 😂 (I can always NG+ tho lmao)
