Got the bibs for tomorrow's Uberthons Newyearathon 5k with the family

It's not much but it is my first road run in almost two weeks since ITBS has hit my left leg and knee. It was great to be back at it!!

Got some new kicks after hitting the 500 mile mark on my previous shoes. Doing some light treadmill work while trying to deal with my IT band issue.

Push day at the gym ... Bench Press, Military Press and these dumbbell kickbacks.

I've been fighting ITBS on my left leg for a couple of weeks so these guys are my new best friends. It sucks when you can't run!

Finisher medal for the Portland Holiday Half Marathon! It was a great event with over 2000 runners.
