Honestly love some of the clarifications of Lenore's plan that were established this past episode bc it further emphasizes the switched roles between Annabel and Lenore's past selves versus their current selves, as well as shows that Lenore's strategic capabilities are far greater than she has ever seemed to give herself credit for. The fact that she so meticulously planned out her escape as well as accounted for the least possible victims despite how the staff of the house treated her for so long both shows her intelligence, but also demonstrates her compassion even toward those who have wronged her. Like, she obviously took a bunch of huuugeee risks and made some very bold assumptions, but at least to the extent needed in the short term she thought out her escape to find Annabel again very well.

Interested to learn more about Lulu in Gameoverse because if she was either the protagonist or the main love interest or her game (which was stated to be a dating game I believe), then it’s likely the instant she got with her previous partner they immediately died which has got to suck real bad

I kinda love how Annabel’s father is written in Nevermore because, while he definitely has his obvious faults that paint a clear picture of why Annabel had to develop to be who she is (he’s openly sexist in a casual manner + he’s very concerned with her image around potential suitors), he does seem to genuinely love Annabel and at least trusts her to the point of leaving her alone with a potential suitor. Even for a hopeless romantic (as Annabel calls him), his willingness to leave his daughter alone with a man (or ig “man” in this case) after she hints at wanting privacy shows that he does respect her to some extent.

Can't wait for the inevitable roguelike episode of Gameoverse when Kit and co. think they've lost bc the protagonist "beats" the game only to realize this is only one of several victories they need to get to the actual final boss

Love the concept of Gameoverse bc how tf is the Farcade squad gonna stop fucking Tetris
