They’ll nitpick anything that’s not A*eon, trying to find something real world problematic about it, and drag in anything that has no connection to the argument they’re trying to prove. This is where the whole “The age gap!!! You must be supporting Epstein!!!” argument comes in which sounds absolutely insane to any person with a functional frontal lobe. Because Grace is not a minor, she’s far from being a minor, so whether they like it or not their argument falls flat. Believe it or not, grown people can be manipulated into things, too, and NOT necessarily by the older person in the dynamic.

Yet in the same breath they would argue that A*eon is fictional, therefore non-consent and trying to manipulate people is okay. Which, again, is absolutely fine when it’s fiction, but you can’t argue one is bad because it would be bad in real life (which in case of Kennecroft isn’t even true, because, AGAIN, GRACE IS AN ADULT WOMAN), and the other is fantastic even though it’s miles worse irl tbh.

And I’m saying that as someone who has, in fact, been molested as a pre-teen by a distant relative, albeit underage as well, and who was manipulated by a close friend I thought I could trust into sexual acts I wasn’t comfortable with as an adult. Said ‘friend’ was actually like five years younger than me btw. :D Which brings me back to abusers and manipulators in real life not always being older.

So excuse me if the next time someone comes at me with this bullshit of how you can’t ship one because it’s baaaaad through the real life lens and sets some kind of harmful precedent, and the other is great and uwu, I’ll tell them to go fuck themselves.

Kennecroft is two consenting adults and their relationship is built on mutual trust. Friendship, romantic, whatever, Leon is definitely not the kind of man who would use or abuse her, so fuck off with the problematic angle.

A*eon is manipulative bullshit based solely on how attractive they both are. She tries to manipulate Leon each time they meet & kisses him without his consent.

You can’t seriously bloody argue one is problematic because real life problematic!!! And the other is sunshine and rainbows. A*eon would literally put Leon in the position of being manipulated into things he wouldn’t be comfortable with, not necessarily intimate, but like… In general, because they would never, ever be on equal footing, and A*da would always, always try to fuck with him, even if just for shits and giggles.

You either interpret both as fiction and fuck off without preaching to anyone from your moral high horse, or you interpret both as problematic because ‘real life consequences™’, but either way, one is in fact vastly less problematic than the other, and it’s not the one you try to pretend it is.

B-but the age gap!!! The horror!!! Not like their faves are way worse and if you think about it dgaf about each other, because they saw each other what, three times over 28 years? Like literally, their ship has so little basis beside sexual attraction which tbh I don't even think they have in the remakes & A*da is one of the few characters Leon is not in contact with.

The weirdo on youtube keeps on calling everyone epstein fans and saying Leon would be disappointed lmao. Not only that, I had to report some of their replies to people, because they tried to actually personally attack someone, saying they deserve to be lonely and tbh I haven't read the comment further before reporting. I'm paraphrasing, their comment started way, way more nasty.

Never fails to amaze me how these people seem to have some mental connection with a 3D character. Truly, if you need proof they're insane, you never need to go far.

Need I say which ship and character they're a fan of? 🤡 Like they went on and on about how A*da kissing Leon without his consent is fantastic, how fucking him over time and time again is great, but the age gap is where they draw the line. Like, just say you want two characters to fuck because they are hot and you don't actually give af about any of them and be done with it, instead of acting morally superior. Let me reiterate that I don't think it's wrong to ship something with dubious consent or other fucked up shit, by all means, go off, it's just that their double standarts are hilarious.

I'm so sick of them, like truly, it's not the first time rabid fans make me hate their fave ship or character, but this is the worst case, the level of hate they made me feel for a character I used to low-key like is truly astounding.

Anyway, have more Kennecroft kissing. Fixed Grace hair + chin animations, need to fix Leon's hair on the left, and I'm done. I'm absolutely not kidding when I say I plan on making a LOT of gifs with their swaps, and I won't stop until every insane person who feels they have some high moral ground to police and personally attack people blocks me & never gets anywhere near my orbit ever again. If they think I deserve to be harrased which they literally said, I'll give them hell the best way I can without resorting to the very thing those oh so superior people do daily-attacking ppl personally.

It was 2:00AM. Leon had just come home from a triple-shift. He was exhausted down to his bones, the smell of the station clinging to his skin. The tactical boots dropped with a heavy thud in hallway.

He was creeping past the nursery when a tiny, familiar whimper from the crib made him freeze in his tracks.

When he opened the door, he saw his daughter—18 months old and already dramatic—sobbing quietly, her little flower headband askew. Her tiny, chubby face was tear-streaked and a mirror of pure distress.

Leon moved with silent—yet efficient—speed. He didn't turn on the light. The faint moonlight filtering through the curtains was enough. His large, calloused hand, the size of her entire chest, eased under her back, scooping her up in one fluid motion.

He sat on a nearby rocking chair and raised her up. Her small, bare legs dangled. She was so small, so delicate. It made his breath hitch. Leon, the man who could behead a stunned enemy with a kick, felt a sudden, fierce panic that he was going to break her. He adjusted his grip, those massive forearms supporting her weight like they were steel.

But then, she stopped crying.

She opened her big, teary blue eyes and looked right into his, recognizing him. Her little mouth formed a perfectly 'O' of wonder. She leaned her soft, hot cheek right against his, her tiny arms wrapping as far around his neck as they could. She sighed, a wet, hiccuping sound(i love when babies hiccup) of total contentment, and the weight of the entire day just evaporated.

This... This the mission that mattered.

Leon Kennedy, the man of a few words, just held his little girl, feeling her tiny, rapid heartbeat against his chest. He smiled, not his usual smirk, but a genuine, soft expression that only a few people in the world got to see.

"You're alright, princess," he whispered, his voice barely a rumble as he lowered her into a more comfortable position against his chest. "Daddy's got the perimeter secure. Sleep."

And with his massive arm acting like a shield against the world, she did.
