Sadie "Surgical Sadie" Blanchette is a 24 year old assistant surgeon who would get inhabited by numerous parasites. Y'know your average tapeworm? Something like that, but 10x worse and actually sentient.
After the possession, she would become a mindless zombie that was completely under the control of the parasites now multiplying in her body. Sadie would become violent, sporadic, aggressive, and overall murderous.
EMTs would arrive at the hospital after getting a rather ominous and disturbing call from the accountant there just to find the entire place wrecked. Blood was on the walls everywhere, corpses were strewn in countless places, and there was Sadie; hunched over her coworker and tearing him to shreds.
The EMTs would follow along after all the other unfortunate victims, they weren't necessarily equipped for something like this. Aggressive patients, maybe, but not to this degree.
Sadie would lock herself away in the hospital for around 3 days tops until the police inevitably swarmed the area. She could take down doctors and accountants, but not people with guns and reinforcements; that's what they assumed given she only had her body to help defend herself.
Tooth and nail could only get you so far, right?
The door would shutter as the locks were blown off of it, a group of policemen pointing their guns inside. On Sadie would be a spotlight from the officer's firearms, all of the guns being pointed at her certainly illuminated her figure.
She'd scream from the sudden light, her body tensing as she'd rush to attack the men. Lunging, Sadie readied her claws to protect herself before suddenly feeling something wrap around her waist to hold her back.
Of course she turned to see what it was but her vision grew more unsteady the longer she stared. All she could grasp was a faceless man in a suit with what she assumed to be tentacles surrounding him. Before the faceless man vanished, Sadie got one last look at the officers;
They were hunched over and covering their ears as if his presence hurt them... Which it likely did.
And before the officer's very eyes, the two entities were gone.
