FOOD RULES I HAVE LOCKING IN:
Starting off a day with food is an absolute crime, feeling heavy and full straight in the early morning is unforgivable. Don't weigh yourself down right after waking - airy, light, unburdened stomach is what the morning deserves.
2. Fuck processed carbs 🍩
Say no to bread. Say no to pasta. Say no to rice and sugary snacks. Anything carbohydrate rich and stripped from its natural state is pure evil. Though, fruits and vegetables are your best friends - they're free of added sugar, full of fiber, they don't cause blood sugar spikes that leave you starving. Lentils, apples, buckwheat, carrots - you can have it all.
3. Drink water while eating 💦
You should only ever be full on clarity - not heaviness. Don't you get full from food. Instead - chug some water - clean, cool and empty - after every single bite. Let it stretch the hunger, let it dilute the urge, savor it and fill yourself up with nothingness.
4. Never over 500 calories 🍓
It's eat to live, not live to eat. Eat enough to get you through the day - the less, the better; the emptier, the more pristine. Your body has fat to live off of - there's your fuel. Hunger isn't killing you yet - clarity comes from restraint.
5. Chew, Chew and Chew more! 🍡
Tough or dense foods - 50 times minimum, Medium soft foods - at least 40 times, soft foods - no less than 30 times and close to liquid foods (similar to pudding) - aim for 15. Make the flavor last as long as possible, stretch out every single taste, and get full on the least amount possible. Satisfaction comes not from how much you eat, but from how deep you taste.
