this really is one of my favorite headcanons to think about because it's a routine that likely predates his established racing career and yet, where other hobbies or routines were abandoned, this one is still maintained because of its practicality. so in a way it's an itty bitty link to that pre-racer chick. and then i wonder how many old, filled-up ones he has laying around. if they're still around.
