How to unseen what stares back at me in the palm of my hand. 

Inseparable feels, as one, so I feel your cry, when the moon is all you have and the bombs haven't stopped going off.

Athena || 2015 

Athena started as my egotistical counter part. A woman concerned with getting off on hopeless romances. She has always been the abrasive voice of a woman in charge. She is honest and aching, feeling and shifting.

Athena has grown. The past 6 months have been a crucial insight to my spiritual growth as a woman of love and light. My heart was in the wrong place. Caught up on strings that were still pulling the seams of my stitching open. 

So stopped, I stopped lying to myself. 

I stopped holding back. 

I spent time alone. 

I sat in the grass all summer, tanning alone, singing alone, writing alone. 

And manifesting a REBIRTH of Athena. My soul. My spirt. 

She is a representative of my intense journey of self love, and a healed heart that is ready to embrace again. This summer I let go of what wasn’t working for me. And this is so crucial to facing reality, and eventual happiness. LET GO of what ISNT working FOR YOU or WITH you. Its okay, you never needed it. 

This summer I was introduced to heavier doses of Psychedelics. Read The Four Agreements and The Mastery of Love. Cried aloud to the moon, and felt the sand on my face at the dawn of morning. Was able to watch the sun rise through my best friends curls, and made love until 9 am with a man who encouraged my freeness. I was able to lay and say “I love you” again. I was able to feel it, I was able to cry in happiness. I was able to take the psychedelic lessons into real life, and manifest kaleidoscopes when ever I needed. I can now feel auras and my coexistence with everything. 

I now know I am everyone, and everyones individual growth applies to my own, and with that I am in an eternal pursuit to spread awareness and self love. I found my tribe, I manifested my dream house, I manifested my energy to stay afloat. I’ve learned how to communicate with the Moon and have patience with its changes phases. 

Im finally on my way back home. Disassembling the constraints of society to create a heaven I’ve always had access to.
