Okay so... This is not usually my cup of tea. But there is this story called "A Hum Of Sadness" by Enina on AO3 that is so damn captivating that I could not help myself. When I finally had time to read the second installment, I could not get this scene out of my head.
It followed me to work and bed and needed to be drawn 🤷.
So I sat my ass down and got to work.
I gave our lovely Geralt a cozy mattress and lots of pillows to help him sleep.
Of course Letho is there for him as is Jaskier.
Had to give him a moment of uninterrupted rest with lots of love from his most trusted.
Hell, he deserves it!

Edit:
Sometimes I like things too much.
And sometimes I get crazy ideas. This project made me fear the ever decreasing black ink tank of my printer.
But!
After about a month it is finally finished.
"A Hum Of Sadness" by Enina on AO3, or @snatch7777 here on Tumblr, printed, bound and fitted with a nice cover.
It is such a captivating story ♥️.
All credits belong of course to the author.
I am just a humble fan of their work.
I also need to thank my lovely wife for her help and her patience.
I could not have done it without her.
This is a private work it is not ment for distribution of any kind. Just to get that out of the way.
It shall decorate my bookshelf and bring me joy when I read it.
This looks amazing! Wow, now that I have seen this, I really want to print the story as well once I’m done and have posted the third part (it is done, I just need to find the time and energy to finally go over the last 40 pages before sending it to my editor). This is just so cool! Seriously, how is it my readers are such creative and talented people? It looks so professionally done, and I don’t doubt that it ate up a ton of your printer’s black ink, haha. And kudos to your wife for being so patient, supportive spouses are the best! :)
Thanks for sharing this! This totally makes my day! It looks awesome, and I’m so happy and humbled that you deemed my story good enough to do such an amazing project. All the work you put in totally paid off, it looks so professional and well done. <3 Thanks again!
Of course this story is more than worth all this work.
Part two ready to printed and then the fun part begins!
A big 🫂 hug for the awesome author and their editor! You a doing a marvelous job!
