Kind of stupid, but good at pushing my personal buttons: Vanitas no Carte

Good enough that I don't think fuck-ups in future chapters will significantly lessen my appreciation of what's come so far: Witch Hat Atelier, Hand Jumper, Chiikawa

Good, but I may regret saying so once the next chapter comes out: Make the Exorcist Fall in Love

Could have been good if the initial concept had been handed off to a completely different writer, but instead rapidly went so bad it was insulting: The One Within the Villainess

Forgettable: Arslan Senki, From Bureaucrat to Villainess, several other villainess isekais whose titles I have actually already forgotten and I don't know why I keep reading these

And this just keeps happening, over and over. Character who's had like five lines of dialog tries to kill someone, and afterwards we're told it's a massive and unexpected betrayal. Guy who we've seen do nothing but lie and bully kids dies, and afterwards we're told that he's supposed to be worth mourning. The house is destroyed, and this is clearly supposed to emotionally unmoor the cast and readers by destroying a symbol of stability - but it doesn't feel that way, because almost every scene there was people trying to kill each other.
