I was super into this series in middle school, and I read Tunnels through Closer, but then I kind of forgot about it while I was waiting for the next book (Spiral, I believe) to come out. And then I saw my copies of Tunnels, Deeper, and Closer on my shelf (Freefall I checked out of my school library), and now I’ve been thinking about this series for a week straight
as soon as I have adequate free time (when my exams are over and done with), I will re-read and finish the series I swear
I know Drake here was my second favorite character, because I thought he was super cool, second only to Eddie, of course (my problematic fave, who I can’t seem to let go of). I think I actually used to ship them, before they started backstabbing each other or something (my shipping intensity cooled a bit after it became clear Eddie is on his own side), but this was all before I knew what shipping even was, soo… who even knows, man
