so I will go to bed early and wake up in the middle of the night, which I always forget is technically morning, bring blankets and the half-asleep dog, and drive out of the city lights' reach. I'll lay in a field long after the baseball diamond dust has settled and wait. I'll see half the stars I might've caught with company.
