show me more action with her and less scenes in which she is only the brains - surely she has a lot of that but she was also chosen for combat skills. in case there might be victims of any kind - don’t let roxy be the one to stop by comfort them. sure she is soft but she would drive the mission forward rather than concentrate on details. don’t address her “"traditionally female”“ actions that are needed for the plot just because she is one of the few women around - those might be things roxy morton wouldn’t really do

show me complex roxy who fights her fears and is a full agent who shows off all those things she is capable of. roxy who doesn’t listen to people’s shit about how she can be a kings/man/ when she is a woman and whether fights interfere with her period

give me roxy who has some good chuckles and eye rolls with merlin and shares platonic hugs and all her thoughts with eggsy. roxy who is a capable young independent woman whose design is not butchered for the sake of some male characters

I’m afraid my singing causes a lot of tension between me and the rest of the world. I sang at my wife’s birthday one year to cries of “less”. But I loved singing in Mamma Mia! If I have to apologize afterwards, so be it.

Hey so I’m going to publish another zine - this time with the topic “My body, my beauty - A Zine By and For LGBTQIA* people”

- any body who is LGBTQIA* can submit something

- art, poetry, essays, collages, photos, selfies, documentation of exhibition pieces, …. ANYTHING goes

- the topic can be interpreted super freely: body image, dysphoria, racism, ableism, eating disorders, makeup, tattoos, self love, sexuality/sex/masturbation, gender expression etc etc

- I will create a free online zine out of all entries; everybody involved gets credited

- deadline is Sept 10th

Especially encouraged are people who get rarely represented in the media or who get marginalised in the (online) community/society.

Meaning that if you are trans(feminine), disabled, a person of colour, older than ~35 years or younger than ~14 years, don’t fit society’s beauty standards, are a survivor of physical/sexual abuse, … - you are especially invited to submit something!

… at the German Comic Con Berlin (30th September / 1st October 2017)!

Hello everybody!

Since we are all getting excited for the second movie (more like … dying with anticipation) I decided that I wanna organise a meetup at the German Comic Con Berlin in roughly five weeks! it’s the exact weekend after the movie is out in cinemas and I guess the golden circle spirit will be strong then. more like we will all be recovering from multiple heart attacks

While I will look out for a place to meet up later on (latest a week before), I can already announce the time: 16:00. I know it’s late within a convention day, but I am thinking of it as a nice and chill ending (since the con closes at 18:00). If there is a demand for a longer meetup or if people want to see each other again, I’d be totally up for a second meetup on Sunday.

We can ramble about headcanons and the new movie (just be sure that you don’t spoiler people), take group photos and maybe even do some cool cosplay shoots during the meetup. Being in costume is not obligatory, but it would be totally cool if we were able to collect a small group of cosplayers (I myself will be there as Eggsy)? just have fun and connect, basically
