I think my biggest fear as a young teen with an ED is I'm scared it will stump my vertical face growth, cause I hate how short my face is
i love hearing my tummy rumble.

hair care tips for angels
if you notice your hair falling out when you shower and brush your hair don’t worry darling 💕 (it makes it worse stress will make you lose your hair as well as your mind so lock the fuck in baby) when you eat less your body isn’t getting enough nutrients to support your hair and i had to learn that the hard way but i’ve done the hard work and research so you don’t have to, because what’s the point of being a skinny queen if your bald? dafuq
✧♡ foods for healthy hair ♡︎✧
we’re angels we don’t always eat but when we do we should be eating things that make us BEAUTIFUL✨💗🪽prioritizing our hair and skin health lmk if you want me to make a skin care for angels series
1. high-protein foundations
• eggs: often called the "gold standard" for hair. They contain biotin (vitamin B7), which is essential for keratin production. always eat the yolk, as that’s where the biotin and healthy fats are.
• greek yogurt: packed with protein and vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), which helps with blood flow to the scalp and may help prevent hair thinning.
• lean meats: chicken and turkey provide high-quality protein and bioavailable iron, which helps red blood cells carry oxygen to your follicles.
2. healthy fats for shine & density
• fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines): these are the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids. your body can't produce these fats, but they are vital for keeping your scalp hydrated and hair dense.
• avocados: rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that protects the scalp from "oxidative stress" (damage from the environment) which can lead to poor hair quality.
• walnuts & flaxseeds: excellent plant-based sources of omega-3s and biotin.
3. essential minerals & vitamins
• spinach & dark leafy greens: these provide a powerhouse combination of iron, folate, and vitamin A. vitamin A helps your skin glands produce sebum, the natural oil that keeps hair healthy and moisturized.
• sweet potatoes: they are loaded with beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. this can help speed up the rate of hair growth and encourage thicker strands.
• oysters & pumpkin seeds: these are some of the best sources of zinc. zinc plays a crucial role in hair tissue growth and repair; a deficiency is a common cause of hair shedding.
• berries: blueberries and strawberries are rich in vitamin C, which helps the body produce collagen and improves iron absorption.
♡︎✧hair care routine✧♡︎
1. try to wash your hair EVERYDAY
• i know this probably goes against everything that anyone has ever told you but if you have an oily scalp and you leave it like that FOR DAYS your allowing oils and excessive sebum clog your hair’s follicles and that will prevent your hair from growing and also it’s always good to have a strict routine to distract you from the cravings
2. NEVER NEVER NEVERRR sleep with wet hair
• reason number one, your hair is more susceptible to damage and shedding when it’s wet, reason number two when you sleep with wet hair it creates a moist and hot environment for BACTERIA and FUNGUS to grow, yes that’s right HAIR FUNGUS it could look like dandruff when actually ITS FRICKIN FUNGUS!!! that ish ain’t cute girl and it also stops your hair from growing
3. get on a STRICT hair oiling routine
• bitch do you wanna be bald ? DO YOU WANT TO BE BAAALD ? didn’t think so you need to want thick hair like you wanna be skinny and you know how to want it bad enough otherwise you wouldn’t be here, now hair oiling 1-2 times per week will improve your life in a way you’ll notice immediately like within the week or the next and when you oil your hair you wanna buy a strong high quality rosemary oil and these run pretty cheap so don’t make any excuses, rosemary oil has many benefits for beautiful hair such as the following:
• stimulates hair growth: A famous 2015 study found that rosemary oil performed as well as 2% minoxidil (the active ingredient in rogaine) after six months of use, but with significantly less scalp itching.
• blocks DHT: It is believed to inhibit dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone linked to hair follicle shrinkage and male/female pattern baldness.
• scalp health: Its natural antimicrobial and antifungal properties help reduce dandruff and soothe an itchy, inflamed scalp.
• prevents premature graying: due to its high antioxidant content, it helps protect hair follicles from oxidative stress, which can slow down the graying process.
now with all that being said here’s how you do it
1. brush out your hair
2. separate your hair down the middle
3. use the oil applicator dropper and go right down the line
4. pick a direction to go, right or left of the line and create another part and repeat step 3 until that side of your head is fully oiled then continue with the other side
5. once your scalp is fully oiled (and the oil should only be on your scalp not your hair) your gonna massage your head UNTIL YOUR ARMS HURT, two birds one stone your getting healthy hair and skinny arms PURR 🤏🏼💕💕
6. when your done wash your hair twice to get all the oil out and your follicles free of any sebum
good luck angel, heaven isn’t as far as you think ♡︎♡︎♡︎♡︎♡︎♡︎♡︎♡︎♡︎♡︎
