on the surface ( and to the local press ), frankie is the perfect daughter. other than the nudes scandal in high school, frankie’s learned to stay out of trouble… at least in the public view.

frankie’s the type of person who will take out her whole wallet on the streets of toronto, unknowingly flaunting the bundle of cash, as she hands over a five dollar bill to a homeless person with the intention of being filmed / photographed so everyone can see her good deed

growing up with the pressure that comes from being the mayor’s daughter prompted the creation of frankie’s alter ego, cece, her lesser / more carefree counterpart to separate herself from the hollingsworth image and avoid tarnishing the name in the local press.

when frankie’s out as cece, she’s unrecognizable. frankie has a collection of wigs of varying colours and lengths + a wardrobe ( think vixen-type aesthetic, lots of dark colours, more revealing ) that differs from her usual style ( classic, feminine, light colour palette ).

only her closest circle knows about cece—not even her brothers are aware to ensure the secret stays a secret and out of the local papers / parent’s radar. // UPDATE: frankie no longer goes out as cece but there’s still potential plots for your muse to mistaken her as cece!

she’s imperfect, a real hypocrite. she’s got a strong moral compass that’s typically askew, especially with frankie preaching about one thing and cece doing the same thing she’s so against.

a big fan of craig manning and his music. if there’s a show/gig somewhere in the city, frankie’s there, bopping her head and singing along.
