From my 1 day visiting Gencon yesterday I learned some things.
1: My mutuals are great people.
2: My longtime heroes are great people.
3: My mentors are great people.
4: All of the above are braver and stronger than me and I don't think I could handle running a table at Gencon.
Gencon this year was "sold out" which I know from my mom's architecture experience means: "Overreached maximum safety capacity" and "nigh-impossible to move through" and "combined human body heat making the convention floor sweltering".
This was my first post-covid lockdown convention experience, and it was a fun yet sobering experience. A reminder that I'm not really cut out for the convention circuit anymore.
