Starving Rules
Hello, these are rules I've made for myself but feel free to use this and give me more tips if you would like. Thank you!
• No eating after 7 pm
• Fill up on water/other liquids throughout the day to stay full
• Chew gum or brush your teeth to suppress appetite
• Write down food cravings when you have the urge to binge
• Browse clothes online you want to wear when you hit your GW
• Eat in front of a mirror
• Chew a lot when eating
• Put fork down in between every bite
• Eat slowly to trick your mind into being full and drink lots of water in between eating
• Look at thinspo until you become the thinspo
• Dont eat foods that will trigger a binge
• Always say no to food offers
• Always order the healthiest option on the menu
• Never finish a full meal
• Drink a carbonated low calorie drink to feel full

The fact that I could’ve reached my ugw MONTHS AGO if I hadn’t started eating like a crazy bitch fucks me up.
I could’ve been skinny for halloween.
I could’ve been skinny for the beach and pool parties.
I could’ve been skinny for Christmas and New Years eve.
I gained like 20 pounds in less time than it took me to lose them.
I’m not letting that happen again. I refuse to spend 2020 regretting what I ate.
reasons to be skinny <3
- when your clothes start going from fitting to loose, or even too big to wear at all.
- when people begin to notice you just by you passing by, your thin figure is almost angel-like with your shoulders as your wings.
- being able to move and fit into tight spaces.
- being the lightest person in the whole room.
- itching your wrist or leg and noticing your bones sticking out.
- to have people ask you for tips on how you got it, and you making it look easy.
- going long periods of time without food easily.
- resting your head on your hand in class or work and feeling your sharp jawline cutting into your hand.
- letting yourself know that you fucking did it.

Stop telling me that my eating disorder is a diet. Stop thinking that just because I ate that one time when we were together, I've never had an eating disorder. Stop cheering me on for exercising, when you know that I stayed up late doing push ups because I couldn't live with myself knowing I went over my calorie limit. And most of all, stop assuming that this is "just a phase" and that it's not serious.
Would someone on a diet religiously count their peanuts? Would they starve themselves all day so that they can go out with you at night and eat "normally"? Would they over exercise to the point of feeling their heart beat furiously against their ribs, and still think it's not enough?
An eating disorder isn't about not eating. It's about feeling guilty about every single thing I do eat. And I really wish you understood that.
