I will lose 60 pounds this year. 🕯️

I just started working at a pizza / chicken shop, and I am terrified that I will gain weight. My coworker said she gained 60 pounds working here! 😱 If I gain 60 pounds I'm going to be like mid 200s. Absolutely not! 'm just going to not order anything , and eat before work, and drink a lot of water on shift .

Why can't I stop myself from eating!? 😩

I thought that once I lived on my own that I would stop eating so much.. I was so wrong I eat more. I feel so desperate for the body I want, and deserve. I'm stuck on this mary-go-round like it never stops.

Ate some pizza last night too much pizza, and now I feel disgusting, and heavy. I do this to myself I know. Someone give me a shock collar or something , so I don't eat. I'm so tired of losing self control when I do good. If I keep it up I'll be a fat pig for life.

I finished my 18 hr fast :) sticking to low carbs, and soup for the next day.

I woke up feeling so heavy today. I have to remind myself that this body is just temporary, and that I'm working towards my goals. I'm 12 hrs into an 18 hr fast , and feel great.
