I Rate Slimes

I had a fan slime idea, this is the Angel Slime (name is a work in progress); it is a cousin of the phosphor slime that’s adapted to be able to survive during the day, but its glowing bits (the halo and wings) only manifest at night. They don’t pose much a danger to the ranchers by themselves, but the flight they gain at night makes it dangerous to leave them alone without an air net, as they could potentially float into other slimes’ corrals and make unintended largos or even tarrs. Like their cousins, they eat fruit, although I haven’t worked out a favorite food for them yet.

Cactus Slime

Slimeology:

A rancher must take extra care when handling a cactus slime for these thorny fellows are usually sporting a bad attitude to go along with their spiny exterior. These slimes tend to get hungry quicker than other slimes which results in their agitation. Though they mellow out quickly when they’ve had their fill of veggies, they still retain their needles so watch out!

Rancher Risks:

The voracious appetite of cactus slimes make them rather high maintenance and combined with their ability to launch needles from their bodies means a rancher needs to take all necessary precautions when handling these dangerous slimes. In addition to keeping a stocked auto-feeder, it’s recommended to keep cactus slimes in well lit areas as the sunlight seems to keep their hunger at bay and helps keep them calm.
