Liza Feurtado

I’m a multimedia artist and visual designer based in New York creating both analog and digital work. Through both contemporary and traditional techniques, such as digital design, abstract video and oil painting, I explore the interaction between color, shape, and texture as well as the relationship between archetypes and collective spirituality. The color and structure of form in my work acts to enchant the viewer and as a punctuation, it is a means to draw the eye around a piece. My process of working digitally is very intuitive, and is similar to painting on a canvas. My work is not contained to one style or medium; although this may be unconventional, I am uninhibited in this sense and allow myself to express in infinite directions. I naturally crave perspective, and the best way to experience perspective is through experimenting with different mediums, constantly surprising myself in the process. instagram @smalliebigz
