What a year!!! My last speaking engagement for the year at Kein Kino. I’m realizing more and more that I can create my own happiness. My Happiness Recipe: Warm bath, Moisturize with fav body oil, A big and bright smile, Movement, Music (Soca/NeoSoul), Good food, Sunshine, Bright colours, Good thoughts, Water, Minding my own business & Confidence.
