*Spinning*

I'm going to tag any work with them as 'Battle of the Genres', so you it's easier to see progress on this and read up what it is about. I tried to design a logo for it, but the G and E kind of joined together...

I also wanted to add more characters but that probably been too much. I will send concept art of the new characters soon :)

Underneath will be just the line work, as I think I got better at coloring but I like seeing my cross hatching :3

Finally drew Miku and Sonic after being a fan of them for years x) One day I have to properly draw them.

Sorry for not posting any drawings for a while got incredibly sick and still am, the heatwaves are a pain too. But I have been enjoy playing Splatoon with @livzees and I needed to show you our silly cosplays of Dante and Vergil lol.

I know I said I was going to do the Dante drawings, but this has been waiting half done for weeks now staring at me XD. Had to get it done, so soon with the other <3

(Kawaii) Metal!

I think I ended up making this one as I'm been listening to BABYMETAL a lot for past few months. So it's really inspired by them, and how their symbol they do with their hands is a fox than the usually devil horns for metal.

•As Metal is about rejecting the norm, I thought I should make a metal/gothic wedding dress with kitsune features, while still wanting find love, but people should love how they are, and they are not there to be a wife, they have their own weird hobbies, style, makeup, etc…. As there are different types of kitsune, some are shape shifters which can change to monsters to scare people or turn into beautiful human to trick people to marry them for nefarious purposes or pranks. and pretend to live a normal life among them until they are found out because a tail, fangs or anything fox feature. So, I’m using this into the design… fang, ears and tail are fully shown in her design. (Please correct me if I'm wrong in any way!!! I had limit time and I might of overlooked something and I'm really shorting down my research here with the one I wrote for uni)

•So, I want to take a twist to it, the design is not a purposes to trick you, but more like test you if you would accept them with how they just are.

•Also, in ancient Japan, there is a specific look was called a fox face, which is a narrow face with close-set eyes, thin eyebrows and high cheekbones, so I thought it be a nice touch to add to the character, as it’s seen as attractive face to have, but then it then who she is   out the norm, I feel be nice way to shock people.

•Their weapon is just their fox spirit. You can control the human and the fox separately, so you can easily attack from both sides. I think it’s a cool way to represent how in sync and connected to every part of herself. So, she just fights like any human with a help of a giant fox that connected to her body. This also means they will express themselves at the same, as in facial expressions.

•I don’t usually draw animals so hopefully the fox looks fine. '':)

Pop genre!

I might be very biased with this one as the pop genre alone with feels fake to me, as they are trying to appeal to everyone and not really doing something about the singer themselves, feels less human/authentic. So that's why the character is a robot. Btw not saying you can't enjoy pop or it's bad, go crazy with! Enjoy what you like. It's just a silly design based on how I felt about the genre.

To represent the fake-ness and wanting everyone's attention and love, as pop is made for everyone to love and get stuck in your head. What else than put hearts on the design?

So, I kind of challenge myself how many hearts and heart shaped things, I can fit on the character without it feeling too cluttered.

Her body is built like a doll, so your able to make her look anything you want to, like a Barbie. Get her on all trends, looks or whatever to get as many fans as possible. Also, just joints are inspired by being like a doll.

Also, it felt weird to put clothes on a robot so a jacket it is! And lava lamp legs, as I want to give her stockings with heart at some point, but yeah... that wouldn't work at all XD and this is way cooler!

Also, her weapons are swords held by her hair and her fingers are guns. As swords and guns are the most used weapons in games, so this show she ain't original with anything.

I don't know if you can tell she is inspired by vocaloids look wise. If I was able to make this a game, she definitely would be voiced by one. I think that just adds to whole being fake and not true self, as her voice is not her own.
