Known issues : Aside from already mentioned issue with the back of the neck when the back of the neck is extended, because the curls are weighted to the neck, they may twist in a less-than-ideal shape in certain poses. This should not be that noticeable in normal gameplay, but in some dynamic screenshots, you may find it irksome.
