So while coding through a worksheet i thought to research on the early developers of CSS and from my research i discovered that it was first proposed by a man called âHakon Wium Lieâ on October 1994 and during this time different style sheets where proposed. Fortunately there was an interesting proposal style sheet by Bert Bos which made him the co-creator of CSS in 1995.Â

These pioneer developers were working on the CSS 1 with the help of a Microsoft staff Thomas Reardon and they worked on the stylesheet to go live in December 1996.

The element for HTML are used for Building or creating a structure of how you want your website to look on a web browser.Â
It is very important to know that all HTML documents must start with a document type declaration: < ! DOCTYPE html> after which the document itself begins with <html> and ends with </html>, In-between the beginning of the document you can include other elements highlighted in the image below.Â

The FSARS (Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad) also known as SARS emerged in 1984 as a specialised response to an epidemic of violent crime like kidnapping and robbing, but critics say it has since become the very element it hoped to dispel. The citizens of Nigeria took to the streets in Africa's most populous country, which is home to 206 million people with the sought of disbanding the Special Anti Robbery Squad for killing, extorting and harassing its citizens.
Why the protest?
The protesters argue that SARS initially deterred violent criminals, but over time rights groups have documented a growing pool of allegations against the unit.
Some of these allege links between SARS officers and the deaths of those it investigated.
A June report released by Amnesty International documented at least 82 cases of extra-judicial execution, torture and ill-treatment between 2017 and 2020 alone.
The government earlier in 2017 disbanded the force unit after petitions against the force started to raise serious concerns in the country but unfortunately for some of the citizen the SARS unit surfaces the next year and the year after.Â
Now decentralised groups of Nigerian protesters have now taken to the street to take charge and efforts to disband the unit.
Many of those who have turned out against the unit are disaffected young adults who also feel failed by poor job prospects, schooling and faulty infrastructure.
One of the alleged victim, 23-year-old Miracle, came forward to Amnesty about his brutal treatment by SARS personnel in 2017.He told the organisation he remained in their custody for 40 days on accusations of stealing a laptop before he faced a court.
Miracle said "They started using all manner of items to beat me, including machetes, sticks, inflicting me with all kinds of injuries.
"One of the officers used an exhaust pipe to hit me on my teeth, breaking my teeth. I was left on that hanger for more than three hours."
Recently protesters have achieved some limited success, as The President Muhammadu Buhari has committed to cutting the unit.

Recently the Irish Government has moved the pandemic lockdown to a âsoftâ Level 5 restrictions strategy for six weeks start from Wednesday / Thursday morning until December 1 in a bid to curtail the spread of the corona virus in the country. So what will this mean?
Can i travel outside the Country?
No. It is impossible to travel because under level 5 restriction people are asked to stay at home with the exception that you can exercise 5km from your home.Â
Am I allowed to accept visitor in my home?Â
No, Because of the high risk of transmitting the virus from spreading, The level 5 restricts public gathering.Â
Will schools closedown?
The irish Governmentâs plan says recommendations for schools, crèches, higher and adult education under Level 5 will be based on the âsituation and evidence at timeâ.
Are organised indoor or outdoor gathering allowed to take place like conferences and events?
No organised indoor or outdoor events can take place under Level 5. Museums, galleries and other cultural attractions all remain closed.
