I hope I was able to convey your prompt with this piece even though I didn’t use dialogue, I had a lot of fun challenging myself with a background and messing around with lighting for this, I hope you like it! <3

Of course the first on the list is my boy Sky. What did y'all expect
Infodump under the cut. It is advised to thouroughly prepare yourself mentally before engaging because holy shit I didn't think it would be this long
Also if you're not familiar with Genshin lore, uuuuhhh... I'm very sorry and I'll try to be as clear as possible but it might get confusing anyways. Feel free to ask for clarification because I can easily go from point A to point S in a single sentence without realizing and then not elaborating. Also I recommend reading my previous lore posts if this is the first time you encounter this AU, otherwise most of this won't make sense. Anyways here we go!!
Backstory
Sky was born in Millhaven, Mondstadt. When he was a baby, his parents, who were great adventurers, did as all veteran adventurers eventually do and went on a pilgrimage for the Mare Jivari. Evidently, they never returned, so Sky was picked up by Gaepora, a retired knight of Favonius. He spent the rest of his childhood in Mondstadt City studying to become a knight alongside Gaepora's adopted daughter, Sun.
(He has vague memories of being so small he could fit in one arm. There was someone else in the other arm. Small hands holding small hands, warmth. A mirror of his flesh. He remembers being on the road. Fur and teeth and growls, stealing away the warmth, never to be felt or seen again.)
Sky's quest
The day Sky and Sun were knighted, a new Ganon Shadow appeared in northern Mondstadt. They were sent to investigate the shadow with a group of veteran knights but instead ran into the fatui, led by none other than Ghirahim, first of the fatui harbingers. The two groups crossed blades and the fatui seemed to have gained the upper hand when a sudden, powerful tornado knocked the fatui away; they turned tail and ran. The knights were baffled. Was it the divine intervention of Lady Hylia? But no, it was just Sun and apparently her shiny new anemo vision... or was it? Her eyes glowed teal and gold, hair billowing in the unnatural wind, and she seemed completely fine despite having just used an incredible (some would say godly) amount of power.
Some days later, Sky had a strange dream. A winged, golden figure in white and teal robes, murmuring to him. It placed its hand on his forehead, enveloping him in a gentle warmth, and he woke up. He was no stranger to prophetic dreams, but this one seemed particularly important for some reason. The next evening, Sky pulled Sun aside and told her about his dream – after all, they shared everything together (didn't they?) – and how he thought it was connected to her sudden gaining of a vision. Sun looked strangely guilty, but before she could say anything, Ghirahim appeared between them and knocked Sky out before snatching Sun away. After that, Sky deserted the expedition team and went solo to search for Sun.
Most of Sky's adventure after that point consisted of clashing with Ghirahim, searching for clues about Sun's whereabouts, defeating abyss monsters and closing the abyssal rifts they came from.
Some weeks later, he got news about two warriors who were also fighting off the abyss in Mondstadt: a sheikah and a powerful anemo wielder (could it be Sun?). He tried to meet them multiple times, but even though they seemingly had the same goal, the two mysterious warriors always ran away before he could catch up.
He became so obsessed with running after them that he barely slept or ate. Once, during one of his weekly stops in Mondstadt City, he ran into Groose, his rival and fellow knight. Groose followed him around, trying to get a rise out of him, which worked. Sky snapped and unsheathed his sword, but his hands were trembling so much that he immediately dropped it and collapsed. Since then, Groose decided to accompany him on his quest, "to make sure you don't die so I can finally beat your ass after this stupid shadow is dead" (his exact words).
It was during another encounter with Ghirahim that Sky and Groose finally met the two mysterious warriors; they were surrounded by fatui soldiers, the cloaked anemo wielder leaning heavily on the sheikah, Ghirahim mocking them for their helplessness and patting himself on the back for his brilliant plan or whatever. Sky and Groose rushed in, using the element of surprise to their advantage and chasing the enemy away. After the battle, they met up with the two warriors. The sheikah's name was Impa, and the anemo wielder was indeed Sun. And she had a wild story to tell.
Sun was Hylia. After the Cataclysm 500 years ago, her strength was almost completely depleted, so she sealed herself in the Windrise tree and slept to recover her power. She woke up 19 years ago, at the foot of a statue of the seven, in the body of a child. Her goal when she made this plan was to blend in with her people to better be able to protect them. She was found by Gaepora, who raised her as his daughter, though he knew her true identity. And the "vision" that had appeared on her person during the fatui attack was a fake; she had been forced to use her godly power to save the expedition team, but she didn't want to reveal her identity, so she made it seem like she suddenly got a vision to not raise too many questions. But her ruse didn't work on Ghirahim, who recognised the surge of her power, which is why he kidnapped her shortly after. The fatui's plan was to extract her gnosis, the source of her divine authority, to feed it to Demise. And they succeeded; Sun was now considerably weakened and, without her gnosis, was closer to being a simple hylian than a goddess. She had been rescued from the fatui by Impa, who claimed she was a descendant of another Impa who was Hylia's closest servant during the era of Kaenri'ah, and knew Sun's identity since she was a child, watching over her. They teamed up to clear the abyss monsters, and now here they were.
The four of them teamed up to defeat the Ganon Shadow. Impa with her knowledge of the abyss, Groose with his inventions, Sun with her (slightly weakened) sealing powers, and Sky, with... his sleep-deprived courage and determination.
He was a skilled fighter, sure, but he needed more than that to be able to beat the shadow. So Sun sent him to the statue of the seven at Windrise, to get the legendary sword that Hylia used in battle in the ancient times : the Master Sword. I've made a drawing for better comprehension ⬇️
This is an anemo statue of the seven. Instead of holding a sphere, like the original statue in Genshin does, this one is holding a sword (the Goddess Sword, to be exact– except for the statue at Windrise, who is holding the Master Sword, like shown on the drawing). Its blade glows when interacting with the statue, like giving it anemoculi for example. But that's a videogame mechanic that probably won't play a huge part in the actual story, so you can ignore that.
Anyways, so Sky went to get the Master Sword, and now they had another ally, Fi, the spirit of the sword (idk if what kind of role she'll have yet). Together, the five of them went to defeat the Ganon Shadow. In the big final battle, Sky gained his electro vision as he saved Sun from a fatal blow. He then immediately used the vision to its full potential for the rest of the fight, which left him with permanent lightning scars. In the end, Impa died, and Fi sacrificed her life-force to send the abyssal energy back where it belonged.
The three survivors went back to Mondstadt City afterwards and were hailed as heroes. Sky asked to be stationed in Millhaven. Sun went with him. Groose, meanwhile, went to Dornman Port.
And that's when the LU related stuff begins, aka The Fanfic™️. That I am writing, it's just. Well. You know how writing goes.

He has the emblem of the knights of Favonius embroidered on the front of his corset; this detail is more visible on the next drawing. Why a corset? Because it looks pretty. This is my reasoning for most of this design (and most of Genshin's designs if we're being honest). But it's also to imitate his sash, since a sash isn't very Mondstadt-like fashion, so corset it is.
The sailcloth – his cape – is shaped like wings. It serves as a wind glider, but unlike one, he's always visibly wearing it.
On the right ear, he wears his pair of fireshield earrings; on the left, an earring made with feathers from his loftwing and Zelda's.
His main weapon is a whip-sword – think Mitsuri's sword from Demon Slayer. It might be unrealistic, sure, but the concept is cool as hell so pretend that it works. When he cracks his whip, it makes a sound like thunder.
Sky has a loftwing, a telepathic messenger bird ⬇️
His left glove is a falconry glove, and his right is a simple leather glove with an archery bracer (he uses a bow in addition to the whip).

That smile is lethal. He knows it and doesn't hesitate to use it to his advantage.
When he uses a lot of electro energy at once, his lightning scars glow like real lightning on his skin, and his pupils turn purple and glowy.

About the Linked Universe x Genshin Impact AU : Warriors' design

Yeah, I'm still working on Twi's backstory. It is a pain let me tell you. So in the meantime, I designed an outfit for sir prettyboy himself– and he's a musketeer :D
He's a captain of the Marechaussee Phantom, Fontaine's military. He's currently stationed at the Fortress of Meropide for the time being because of controversy surrounding him and his status as a hero
I tried to explain how his scarf is attached to his shoulder with a drawing... I feel like I could've drawn it better though. Oh well.
When Warriors, Time and Wind parted ways after defeating the fatui harbingers and the Ganon Shadow in Fontaine, they all gave each other mementos. Warriors gave the other two pieces of his scarf, Time some little hand-carved wooden masks, and Wind joy pendants. Warriors keeps his joy pendant and little mask in a magically reinforced pouch, taking great care to preserve them.
He has a rattail. Because yes. And heels. Because also yes.
How does his footwear work? I have no idea, but at least it looks cool
His first design (the uncoloured one to the left) was too... generic and didn't really feel like a Genshin design. The final design is a mix of the Marechaussee Phantom's uniform and (obviously) a musketeer outfit, with that little hint of Genshin fabulousness
