Hey, that's me:) And surprise it's a mini-comic:0

I even came up with a synopsis for it, I didn't plan it btw. I liked it so much that I decided to share it with you. I hope someone will find it interesting:) I'm not promising a masterpiece, I didn't put too much thought into it. I'm definitely not a writer, just my fan-made vision. So here it is💜

Here's the moment when The Star Nomad (the ship that wasn't released for Season 3) was built and our main cast had long since settled in. One day, it turns out that Wander and possibly Hater are absent here for some reason. Sylvia and Peepers would have to take all key positions on the ship, including the kitchen.

They spend the entire episode separately trying to handle with the 100500 The Starship work stuff that have piled up, telling each other they're perfectly capable of handling it themselves. When they hardly managed with all the chaos, still Sylvia and Peepers pretend that isn't like that, dinner time just came (maybe even some clips with Wander and Hater can be shown between this storyline). After spending half a day running around, tired and working up an appetite (even overworking lol), Sylvia and Peepers, not really willing to collaborate again, agree to a temporary truce (the Watchdogs would probably cook for all the visitors being transported to their home planets, while the maincast would cook for themselves. These poor guys already have to feed the whole shipload. Who knows, maybe Wander would suggest something like that. As a not-so-well cooker, I would shake his hand:))

Was decided, perhaps at Sylvia's suggestion, to make her favorite jellyfish pie. Peepers didn't really care what he's gonna eat today (but still such a specific pie filling would make him wince a bit), plus he's an excellent cooker, so there shouldn't be any problems (poor Wander and, quite possibly, Hater, considering how picky he is about food, I thought to myself. Oh well, not the end of the world, so they gonna eat it lol). While cooking, they would have worked together successfully, though not immediately, beginning to help each other, even sometimes, without showed off "Helping because we both need it and to finish quicker" attitude, occasionally chatting about topics of mutual interest, not without, of course, salty and sarcastic remarks that would have left them laughing loudly. Before they knew it, an hour later, the pie would be ready, but in a completely ruined kitchen. Sylvia wouldn't have been so worried about cleanliness while cooking, and Peepers, with his perfectionism, might have had other reasons for his sometimes clumsy work:) Of course, the significant difference in his height compared to the kitchen undoubtedly contributed to such sloppy work. And anyway, it was his first time making this pie. It wasn't so simple as it sounded like, and besides, he was exhausted from all the work and stuff

In the end, they, well, admit that each other's company wasn't so disgusting. And they certainly felt like less than an hour had passed, quite unusual and interesting. Almost, you could say, without suffer, even a little with interest. Sitting down at the set table, Sylvia and Peepers easily strike up a conversation about how they tried not to die, trying to complete all their tasks on the ship (they didn't notice they were caught lol), and they began teasing each other about it, all the while appreciating well-baked pie. And in the comic, I illustrated one of Sylvia's "teases" (boy got a little distracted damn). And The end, roll the credits, don't forget the post-credits scene. That's what it's all about:) a bit lovehate-ish dumb fanservice thing we got here

So what all that bunch of words was about?

When Sylvia and Peepers are apart, they're usually accompanied by Wander which often sings silly songs and constantly gets into trouble and Hater which is nagging and screaming, with impressive desire to conquer the entire galaxy, but is doomed to failure because of orange spoon friendship. These guys acted as complements to their everyday lives, distracting them from their temporary difficulties. But they're not here. Sylvia and Peepers are completely alone with a ton of work on the ship, which could drive you crazy if you are all by yourself. When they started working together, despite the fact that they're definitely not friends, more like "frenemies" you could say, they were able to have a good time doing even such a energy-taking and monotonous chore. I think they would even finish the remaining work together after forgetting "that incident", of course because of solidarity. When their "idiots" return, they'll have even more worries.

It turns out it's nice to have someone similar in mind (not stupidity, heh) and with whom you can casually discuss interesting topics (like how they're time by time annoyed by the actions of Wander and Hater, things like that, lol). Even the show itself showed how similar they are, so that's why they're able to understand each other so well. Perhaps they would even later, if possible, ask for help covering each other's backs by completing a task for their "mate in accident" on the ship, realizing that the task was most likely urgent and related to their "idiot". I hope I've explained my very fan-like ideas clearly:) Totally crap looking thing, but damn, I like it

Mini - extra things about this comic

By the way, I used the kitchen from the episode "The Breakfast" as a reference, and upon rewatching it, I never noticed that the Hater's Empire has not just a small kitchen, but a full-fledged kitchen production area, perhaps even separate from the kitchen production area for the Watchdogs cafeteria. Hater was very thoughtful about his nutrition on the ship (I think someone from the WOY team confirmed that Hater is in charge of the ship's arrangements and decorations, the show itself even showed this at times). When I started correcting everything I thought I'd never finish this comic because of the mistakes and "ruining all the kitchen with dishes." It took me a long time to draw this comic, sometimes I'd even just open it, draw one or two details, and close it lol. I can imagine the scale of the animators work. Animators, I'm very impressed by all your work you're doing throughout all your projects and I feel so sorry for you🥹❤️‍🔥 Oh I also had Ed Sheeran's song "Shape of You" playing in my headphones. While I was drawing, I imagined a little animatic with Sylvia and Peepers with this track. I think this song suits them really well💘 Damn, it's a shame there aren't many good animations based on WOY yet :(
