I just watched this. Finally.

Drew brought it to my attention when Netflix released it and tonight I finally got around to watching it.

6 minutes in I was already loving it. Bob was always my favorite part of SLC punk. So for this to be about his spawn, his lifestyle ina sense, was so great.

It definitely made me feel old considering I was maybe, 11 or 12 when I first seen SLC punk and being 27 now when the 2nd movie came out is just like, where the fuck did the time go?

The punk scene has changed since but not too dramatically. I fucking love music, man. This movies’ soundtrack is awesome to me.

This movie has me in such a punk mood and Screeching Weasel is filling the void. God damn I can’t put into words how much this genre means to me. I can’t wait for Riot Fest.

I liked the ending, I thought it was cool but ended ona cheesy note minus Bob flicking us off. I need to own this.

Hey did you see the SLC Punk sequel? worth while or bad?

I saw it. It’s alright, but I would say the first is certainly better. Part of the amusement in the second one for me is knowing some of the people in it and keeping with some of the tone of the original.
