It took a lot of time, but I'm glad I did it. I was actually doing it to have somewhere I could store her resources (for future use).. but then she mentioned this url in an ask she got.. so. :)

I've been desperately looking for a tutorial on how to do that line thing over Katniss' face as in this graphic /post/30982662436 is there any way somebody knows where I could find one? thank you very much!

Well here is her semi-tutorial about that graphic (the third to the last question), she didn't mention the lines there but she has answered that she uses the line tool to make those lines in her other graphics like this one, so I think it's safe to assume that she used the line tool for that Katniss edit as well. :)
