Things were changing, and Galen believed this change would bring him all the best. Maybe it would be hard sometimes, and not meet his expectations. But anywhere is better than on Lunestia.

He had to find his sister, the only person in the world who he was close with. And he also had to find that special someone from his vision. Every time he remembered their comforting arms and soothing voice, he felt something entirely new in his chest, something that he couldn’t quite figure out just yet. For sure, looking for this person was one of his goals, because he knew they existed. Maybe right now they’re also feeling lonely, wherever they are.

All he knew is that life was getting better, no matter what. Once you get out of the toxic environment, it always gets better - as you can at least breathe again.

It was hard, but rewarding. Galen knew he’d never have to deal with Liara or Tyber again, and he saw it as a definite victory. At last, he didn’t feel like an absolute coward in comparison to his sister. 

“HEY!” as he was trying to fiddle with the control settings, Galen heard the same old squeaky voice in the distance. “What the hell do you think you’re doing? This is my spaceship! My mom bought me it for my last birthday!”

“Yeah, keep talking, asshole,” Galen rolled his eyes. “This doesn’t change the fact that I’m leaving - in your precious spaceship. Your mommy can buy you another one, can’t she? As a toy, because you can’t drive it anyway.”

“Come back here immediately!”

“Sure, I’ll obey your order instantly because you’re such an authority to me. You suck, Tyber, deal with it,” Galen shrugged victoriously. “And one more thing before I go?”

He looked directly at the Espath heir, with a stern yet satisfied expression on his face.

It was time to search for Earth, a small planet that came up in Galen’s vision. Tyber’s spaceship was filled with modern technologies and had a galactic navigator. 

As he approached the spaceship, Galen sensed an uneasy feeling in his stomach and chest. Anything could happen from now on. There’s a high possibility that this day is his last day of being alive.

“Alright, whatever,” Tyber nodded. “If you excuse me, I’ll go take a piss and then you’ll continue listing my good qualities. I’d love to listen.”

“Of course, Tyber. I have so many of them to list.”

“In the meantime, you can hang in the backyard because I’m still hesitant about letting you into my house. I’ll be quick.”

“That’s all I ask of,” Galen said. 

“You’re such an eligible bachelor, everyone wants to be with you, and I didn’t appreciate the opportunity,” Galen went on. “I regret my rash actions. I was still upset about my sister and this made me take it out on you. Will you forgive me?”

“I’m glad that you finally came to your senses and understood your privilege,” Tyber replied after a brief pause. “But this is a lot to ask of me. I don’t forgive that easily! Maybe it would work with Elihu, but not you.”

“I’m so sorry for everything I’ve done, Tyber,” Galen frantically tried to remember everything he was taught in the acting class. “I don’t know what I was thinking. You’re right, I’m truly unworthy of marrying someone as amazing as you.”

“So,” Tyber, as usual, began his dramatic monologue. “You dare to show up here after the scene you made yesterday. After threatening me with physical violence!”

“I’m sorry,” Galen mumbled quietly.

“Galen? Whoa, did you change your mind?” Tyber appeared in the doorway. The Xveca spare was trying to maintain composure, even if his anxiety almost let loose once he saw his arranged fiance’s insufferable face.
