But you're probably thinking, "Dictator? He was one?" And yes, he was, of Earth. In his dimension, after some stuff happens, he eventually becomes ruler of Earth, but still under the Viltrum Empire. A high ranking viltrumite though, maybe general or some commander. I like to think he would be under Thragg's wing and be seen as a protege, where Thragg trains him and almost takes a liking to him as a son or viable candidate to the throne if it comes to that.
