When in doubt, draw faces or make random patterns!

I love Celebi and bright colours, so this was the ideal one for me to recreate. Of course, I had to try and add even more colours to it!

Well it's been a good while since I've posted on here, however I thought I'd return by moaning posting about the boiling hot weather that has returned to us!
