stop listening to society and create your own set of morals, standards etc. do what you think is best for your own life even if it goes against the “majority”

life literally became so much better for me when i stopped worrying about all the past decisions i made. like yeah ive got a bunch of regrets and made plenty of mistakes!!! but ive learned from them, took responsibility, and made peace w/ them. I am done being a slave to my past 🥱
