you're the only validation you need
stop looking for validation. there isn’t even a "you" to be validated, and there isn’t an "other" to give it.
every time you ask, "is it working?" or "did i shift yet?" or "am i doing this right?" you are creating a division where there is none. you are hallucinating a gap between the awareness that you are and the experience that is currently playing out.
validation is for someone who thinks they are separate from the world. it’s for the character, not the actor. if you are the screen on which the entire movie is playing, what could possibly happen to you? what could you possibly lack?
the hunger for validation is just the ego trying to survive by getting a pat on the back from a dream character. it’s absurd. you are the source. you don’t need the mirror to tell you that you’re beautiful, or the 3d to tell you that you’ve arrived, because the mirror, the 3d, and the "you" looking at them are all made of the same stuff.
stop acting like a tourist in your own reality. you aren't "getting" anywhere. you aren't "shifting" to something else. everything is appearing in you. when you drop the desperate need to be confirmed by a dream, you finally stop pretending you’re limited.
you are the only thing that is real. everything else is just smoke. stop trying to find your reflection in the mirror; you’re the light behind it.
