Until Grace slips out a sentence along the lines of "could you give me a little grace here" and Rocky immediately points out he used a word wrong so Grace has to explain that yeah, grace means elegance but it can also mean mercy sometimes too.

Sometimes, Grace will do it without thinking. That’s how Kiddo and Buddy got their nicknames. Often, Grace will nickname students after their coloration. Gaia got his nickname because he’s blue and green, and apparently looks a lot like Earth. Violet got hers because she’s purple. (She was initially disappointed since color means nothing to Eridians, but then Friend Grace showed them violet flowers and said that humans often associated purple with wealth and royalty, and she changed her tune.) Most of the time, Grace will give his students what he calls “regular human names” like Abby, Carl, or Martin.

But the most coveted nicknames are ones named after Earthen creatures. When ♩♪♬ 🎵 ♩♪♬ 🎵 first introduced themselves, Friend Grace immediately perked up and shouted “Robin!” After a bit of explaining himself and a few videos of bird calls, Robin was trilling and chirping happily, excited at having a nickname that felt like a 1-to-1 translation of their own.

The tall women froze. Eyes grew cold in an instant. Sharp live everblade grass, she scanned apple as if looking for an enemy traitor mic, maybe a recording spell. When she didn't find what she was looking for she moved closer her feet gliding over the floorboard. Quickly grabbed apple’s face, with her sharp fingers her eyes glowed and for a second apple like she was watching her entire life being played in front of her eyes. But the feeling ended just as fast as it started, due to the tall woman removing her hand.

She crossed her arms in amusement and said let me get this straight from what ive seen from your memories, your DESPIRATE to get my daughter to agree to be your “evil queen” is that true? She said it as both a statement and a teasing knowing question.

That some where in her subconscious NEW that someone like raven didnt deserve the betrayal that just came out of her month after months of building boundaries and learning to care about each other in a way that wasnt suffocating.

She broke it……………………………. And she KNEW there was no coming back . not without accountability. But THAT was something she COULDN'T afford letting people know she let out the evil queen. Let ALONE get help for something. It would RUIN HER and HER FAMILIES images, her mother would be furious at her father even more so.

And everyone at school KNOW what principal Grim does to the students that DON'T LISTEN. Raven only survived because of WHO her mother was and apple’s mother paying him to leave her alone to secure her daughters ever after. Apple COULDN'T AFFORD the consequences nor the punishment. Trying to think of a solution and failing, she started crying and spiraling.

The evil queen watched amused at the sight of the teenager in shambles. She could taste the feelings of guilt and panic. She chuckled. It was funny to the apple’s of the family tree panic when something doesn't go their way , they start looking whiter than a snowman. She observed the pathetic mess of a child and hummed considerably. She decided due to the girl's complicated feelings and no general ill will towards her daughter and decent relationship as friends and roommates. It was morning at ever after high raven and m-

Maddie: hey narrator ! (excited)

Yes, hello to you too maddie. Now as i was it was-

Mirra meeting Headmaster Grim (and speaking to him like he’s a child) ( subtle manipulating him in some doses, until he feels she is no threat)

The moment Raven SEES Mirra and her magic instinct just internal screams “mom??” but Mirra looks at her and smiles. And she shakes head and gaslights herself into thinking she just projecting. Mirra feels the energy her smile sweeter sneaky uses a spell so her do won't think twice of her appearance and a protection charm for thr bad curse grim put on her so the bad luck the royals had would strike on him instead.

Maddie realizing time-line meddling vibes are present and having a quiet conversation with the narrator where he quietly lets out that apple is on a self discovering journey and they dont know when she's coming back. Maddie nodding seriously " I see. I'll tell raven apples mother assigned her an emergency trip then. Thank you for your honesty."

Mirra watching Raven leave and visibly holding back maternal panic. Her being angry at grim for putting that spell on her daughter and mastering it back to him so he suffer the consequences of it, but in a way that won't make him notice.

And using a spell so Maddie can hear her " use the tokens on the wishing well, the portal to wonderland will open. It'll give 24 hours to be there before it closes, thank you. From the reports they've sent she's fine and she learning to be better one step at a time. It's a massive change to the timeline, but its a needed one if we to continue treating you like people."

Apple fell through the portal screaming. He landed hard on the concrete. She got up shakily. She looked around confused. She saw a beautiful kingdom with clean streets. She walked around for hours she saw beautiful buildings, parks, technological advances she could never dream off. But then she stops when she sees the date. Its 100 years since her current time. Apple goes pale she doesnt understand why she was sent by the evil queen so far ahead and satrts panickly cursing. But then stops as she walks past a shop that sells tvs. As she looks at them showing a news segment that raven queen was finally goign to be released from prison for posing apple white with a posited apple. At first apple was happy that meant raven did follow her story book role. But forze when she saw here. She looked to be around her late 20s. But that shouldnt be possible. She walked in the store and pretended to be new around the town. The manger saw her and looked a bit disgusted and aksed if she was an apple white fan. She says yes but for the fashion more than anything. He nodes but you can see the judgment in those eyes. He tells her the direction of a local library. She thanks him and makes her way over there. She needs to know why raven looks so young despite the fact she should be at least 117 now. And she doesnt see a single wrinkle on her face.

She reaches the library. She uses one of the guest computers. She searches uo Ravens name.

She finds a paper talking about her positing.

Raven couldn't be blames as she made sure to be visible the whole party. Raven Queens husband Dexter charming the borther in law if apple white. Was devastated to see his beloved wife thrown in prison. It was said he refused to talk to apple or her husband his brother at fanily events and would daily visit his wife in prison. That way he could be with his beloved wife once she was released. Apple white has 4 currently alive descendants. None of them took the white name after her passing and all took on the charming fanily name.' Apple freezes. She didnt realize the law would hit raven that hard. She was supposed to wake up right away. Raven should have only gotten at least 2 years. Apple started spiraling when she realized she might have ruined her friendship life over their stories.

She trys soothing herself. Ties to tell herself it wasnt that bad. When she gets back she'll make sure raven doesn't get arrested for that long. Sign a concentrated form anything. She can migrate the damage. SHE HAS TO. And then she stops as sick and twisted voice behind her asks what about the other. Because it wasnt just raven that didnt want to sign. What about the other rebels and so she goes on a 4 hour rabbit hole as she watches classmate after classmates lives from the rebel faction at school live miserably. They all looked annoyed ir upset in most photos. Once they hit thier 40snthey didnt even try to pretend they were happy. And she shakes when she realizes her friend brair isnt there and then she freezes. Because she remembers her friend was the daughter of sleeping beauty caused to sleep for 100 years. She would also have suspended age too because of the curse. Thay means she also just woke up recently around this time too. And she just stares at the computer as reality of what her and thr other royals made the rebels sign hit her woth full force.

She shakily gets up. She walks into a shelter. She gets their common people clothes. Changes her hair style. She doesnt want to be seen in her old clothes. She needs to look normal. She needs to see how everyone looks with her own eyes. But the problem is almost everyone is dead. She was sent too far away and now old age has taken them. All but 3. She decided to look for her best friend. Briar had to be around her somewhere. She wouldn't leave the kingdom. Apple knows that. So she looks around after almost 6 hours of walking she finds her. Briar beauty in all her glory looking to be around 24. And apple feels her self freeze because their 16 in her time. If Briar looks 24 that means she only has 8 more years with her best friend before never seeing her again. She sees brair looking around clueless like she did when she got here. And that makes her stomach sink because that means she just woke up around this time. And eveyone but raven and Dexter are now gone..

She wants to walk over to her. But she doesnt know if brair will be happy to see her. Not when she convinced her to sign the storybook. When she trapped her like this. Apple can feel her eyes blurry and his breathing hardens. She needs to leave before she can upset herself more. She turns and runs. Meanwhile raven is finally let out of prison. She leaves not expecting anyone to pick her up because she believes Dexter is dead and they never had kids. But to her surprise. She sees a black car pull up. She stops thinking shes going to be kidnapped only to see the door slammed open and her husband Dexter charming running to her looking the same way he did when she was sent to prison. Dexter hadn't visited in 3 years. She had thought he was finally gone. That the spell ended earlier and he died of old age. But no here he he beaming like a wrong had been rightened. He hugged her tightly and kissed all over face telling her how happy he was thats she can come home now. She slowly leaned in to his arms more. He grabbed her and brought her to the car askign her how shes been and if shes okay and how happy shes going to be the the chnages he made int heir pocket of the kingdom. And he cant waht to have her reinstated as his queen.

Meanwhile apple is crying. Everyone is dead. He poor best friend was forced to sleep for 100 years and now live with the knowledge she out lived all her friends. Raven lost 90 years. Dear god raven how is appl supposed to show her face to her. She got her her arrested for what was basically a life sentence. Did older apple even visit her. Did she feel guilt ?... did apple white from the incident even stop to care?... and apple feel her slef good cold when she realized she didn't even look to see if older apple tired to help lower Ravens sentence or do anything at all. And she collapses looking at the stars sky in shock... at having her selfishness thrown in her face by her own guilty awareness.

Apple after hours finally gets up. She walks to an internet Cafe. She goes on the free computer. She need this. She needs to know if her older self grew. That she want as selfish as she currently is. That this short sidedness is just teenage ignorance and NOT who she is as a person. She hold her breath internally praying that she hadn't become her mother in the worst ways. And after an hour shes sees. She opens an archive. And in it she sees she tried to lower it to 20 years after she finally woke up. But the legal fight took " too much" money so she stoped. And didnt bother with it. And apple sits there in shock. At the fact older apple fought for raven to get 20 years. Why not 4, 6? WHY 20? Did older apple really have a grade that raven took so long to do her villain role?? Or worse did older apple not care about her now that raven fulfilled that role. And apple sits there for once in her life feeling disgusted with what shes become. She gulps as she continues reading through the archive. She finds that older apple visited raven. Acting like they were still freebies and raven allowing it because that meant she could talk to someone other than Dexter. The only two that visted her consistently. Especially since Maddie couldn't due to the wonderland curse and could visit once in a blue moon when the well teleported just right. But luckly she video chatted and phone called ad much as the prison allowed her too. So it made the ache of missing her less severe.

Apple shakes but continues to read. She NEEDS to know why her older shelf is like ths. Why is she - and she stops. She a picture of herself. Her mother... she LOOKS LIKE HER MOTHER. From the stance to the smile to the way she hoves behind her kids.. she BECAME JUST LIKE HER MOTHER.... she freezes just as that though hits through and the conversation with the eveil queen comes to her. The queen KNEW... she KNEW what would happen... she repeating her mother's cycle.. thr apple whites winning over the evil queens ans never ONCE thinking back on what happened to the queen after.. that IS HER LEGACY.. the one part the queen KNEW apple was never told.

And she stands there not knowing what to do. Because the queen was right. She through in a timeline where raven signed and made sure apple would see THE OUTCOME of the choice. Not just the actions. She wanted her to SEE it. So she could TRUELY understand what she was askign for. And now she does.. and she doesnt know how to fix it. The queen said the session. Would end once she knew what her heart wanted. But what is that? Going back and make change? See what she built and how she lived? She eanted her story and she got it.. but she was sent to the ever after of it.. so what does she want now? Is it understanding raven? Fixing there relationship?? This raven doesnt know her. She knows and grew up with the old apple. Apple is 16... she not the one raven knows... does she even have a right to ask her for understanding?? To know her peace ESPECIALLY when raven was just let out of prison.. wouldn't that be trespassing somewhere she shouldnt be? Like holy ground?? What is she supposed to do now???

After 2 weeks of trying to get a private audience she gets it. But Dexter demands a private appointment the day before apple agrees. She enters the castle Dexter maid. Its BEAUTIFUL and Gothic. With just enough royal blue and summer gold to look inviting. Dexter dod well using raven childhood famoly decorations. Apple thinks raven must be happy at how loves and preserved Dexter keep the queen heirlooms from Ravens mother.

Apple goes in the office. And Dexter looks at her like a dismissive ceo.

Dexter: why are here you apple white? If that even is your real name?

Apple: .. it is. Im here because the evil queen from my time sent me here.

Dexter: 🤨 from your time?

Apple: yes im from the time where raven didnt sign the story book .

Dexter : ... she didnt sign?

Wearing clothes of peopel she loves and can no longer be there. Apple bows. Not because she has to. But because she knows she cost this raven evrything that mattered and that deserves respect. So she bows and quietly in her times it to make sure it lasts a proper respectful bow. She wants raven to know she sorry for what future apple did as well as show respect in mighting the now queen. She gets up. And she sees raven and Dexter holding hands.

Raven: I've been told by my husband your situation.. the raven from your timeline didnt sign the story book?

Apple: no ma'am. She didnt.

Raven smiles a cold smile and tells her not to apologize. The apple who did this is dead. She from a different timeline. Now that she knows she'll be better. Apple nods vicariously. But beofre she can say anything. The evil queens portal open under her and she fall hard through it. But takes raven a second to realize what happened and she laighs hard. Dexter looks confused and asked raven what happened. Raven tells him her mother brought her back. Dexter nods. And takes her to the garden for theyr lunch.
