HOLY SHIT ART! I’m sorry for dropping off like I have, honestly! It’s not that I don’t want to draw or paint Cory anymore (I don’t think he’d permit me not to) but I’m working on personal artwork to start an eCommerce business to sell my work. It’s all very involved and extremely time consuming. Who knew researching venues, products, and crafting pendants would suck up so much of my evenings? Ah well, progress is about here. 

I’m sorry! I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything and it’s not that I’ve stopped forever, but I’ve been working on getting a personal business started and it’s sucking up a LOT of my time after work. 

Side Note: Finally a portrait of him I’m finally happy with. Now Bioware, get on the ball and do the other five Magister Sidereal so I can complete this series. For inspiration I perused through Bouguereau’s work and pulled some of his quick portrait works.

Had fun just doing straight ink today. I’m not this bold honestly as I prefer to lay down a pencil scribble first but for a change I decided to be more careful with my lines rather than be fast and scribbly. 

You know... I don’t want to bring politics too much into my blog here, but let’s just say, I’m not a Trump person (go Bernie!). Ron pretty much sums up what my face looks like during every GOP debate I’ve watched. 

Somehow I doubt Cory would be amused at Disney World. I imagine him on every ride, every photo, he’d be sporting a rather impassive expression as he impatiently waited for Cali and Samson to get their thrill seeking over with. 

Cory also wishes you the best and would love to give you all a red lyrium heart to express his utmost desires power!

Wanted to try my hand at another portrait of Cory sans being face melted. This time I thumbed through some Rembrandt paintings for ideas. I really wanted to get a more painterly feel but I think I way over did it with brush strokes. Oh well, I still like it! :)
