Bacta is a canon biologic agent that uses microorganisms to speed up the healing process across all species from weeks/months to days, so I think we can say the Star Wars universe's medical ability to recreate the gut microbiome is pretty good, and that Maul would be a lot better off in terms of what he can tolerate than IRL people with the same full colectomy, but the blue takis are probably more than he's willing to fuck with, the lip curl of disgust is going to be incredible to witness. The meticulous ceremonial tea set tells me he has the potential to eventually be a good cook like @sithteeth writes him, and I can see him later getting into the kind of traditional cooking that Savage and the nightbros surely taught him. But at the time of MSL, only a few years out of Lotho Minor and in full fugitive from the empire survival mode, I doubt he has the time, and is probably reverting to military style rations or shitty galactic Maruchan with protein sludge because it's convenient.

Devon, meanwhile, is going to get a discretionary allowance of her very own for the first time since the Clone Wars. Despite her parentification by Daki, she's still a teenager, and like the girls in Reservation Dogs and all the teens at the group home I work at, I think she's going to fall into the trap of depression/trauma teen girl meals and start living entirely on flaming hot space cheetos until, like Elora Danaan and a client I cannot name, Maul has to take her to urgent care for a GI complaint that turns out to be stomach lining inflammation and micro-ulcers after spending a month eating 10-14 packs of Flaming Flamers per day. If the Black Sun collective ends up with a shipment of discontinued space takis they can't unload and the teens gradually work their way through until they have to seek medical care and Maul finally incinerates them, even better
