Problem: Multiple divisions working under different names and no coherent brand design. Even focus on all services regardless of value.  Strategy:  Harmonize all business elements under one company name and graphically brand every element that clients see. Trim all non-essential services and focus on the three legs that supports the company. 

Working directly with the sales representatives as well as the manufacturers we trimmed all the non essential services and celebrated the three legs that supported the company. This better positioned the company in the industry as well as instilled confidence to clients that every element would be scheduled and managed together. 

A home renovation company needed to rework their business strategy, brand and customer experience. We harmonized their contractors, manufacturers and sales team under one brand reducing the confusion from customers and celebrating all the great work they did together.
