Ive closed and reopened my game twice to check it and whenever I open the tank menu it wont let me press A to release the limiter im gonna try another controller

I can still play i just cant do any tank upgrades if I close the game I think

really fucking loving the difficulty of raiders. im a casual but I wanted to put it on the hardest difficulty because i wanted to be challenged, and its gone really well. ive died a bunch but I havent really gotten frustrated because I still keep what I earned and I learn new things each time. I told myself I'd try my best on the highest difficulty setting, but if it got too stressful I would turn it down, and I dont see that happening just because the challenge is so rewarding and so much fun
