Let me tell you why.

First of all the instrumental is just godly, there's so many different interesting parts of the song it's truly incredible. I can't even explain how much i love it.

But it's the lyrics that really get me.

The anti capitalist messages are 👌 perfect. One of my personal favorite lines being "if what you are is just what you own what have you become when they take from you almost everything" like yes. Absolutely. How more awesome could it get? Theres so many lyrics in the song that are pretty much a big 'fuck you' to people who use their money for no good, which I love.

Also the religion aspect, with destroya being robot God. Robot God.. who in the comics gets revived by a lesbian porn robot. And also the "you dont believe in god" line is pleasant to think about, just think about it!

ALSO. THE REFERENCES TO UNSAFE CHEST BINDING MPHGHHSGHS. With the line "with ducktape scars on my honey" in reference to binding with ducktape (something u should NEVER do) and also the action Gerard does with his hands onstage when they sing that line being in reference to top surgery scars. And it's almost even more awesome knowing that those words and actions about transgender men were coming from someone whos never experienced what its like the be a transgender man, all the way back in 2010. Most people weren't very educated about transgender people at the time.. But Gerard sure as hell did their research.

Most of the time when people think of destroya they just think "frerard, haha funny moaning" but OH MY GOD it's so much more than that.
