Another one I’d add: The Ragdoll.

1) stand up straight. Don’t lock your knees. Let yourself fall at the waist, limp, like a ragdoll being held by a kid. You don’t need to actively stretch, but you don’t want to hold yourself up at all. Let your head dangle. If you’re particularly bendy like me, you may find yourself with your hands flat on the floor. That’s fine too.

2) stay here for 30 seconds. Or longer, if you want! Sometimes I get down here and my spine does The Thing and it’s like ahhhhhh. Yes. Stay long, my friend.

3) stand up SLOWLY (or you will get dizzy and fall and hit your head and get a concussion and it’s really bad don’t do that). First hands on knees, then thighs, then slowly extend back to standing.
