(self explanatory)
📜 Councilors (Pride Representatives) — Samael and Camio
(Chosen by Lucifer himself. AKA the two greatest bootlickers in all of Hell)
📻 Overlord — Alastor 'The Radio Demon'
(Given the title by Lucifer, impressed after a 5V1 battle with Overlord wannabes where Alastor came out on top.)
This is the structure for the leadership of every ring in hell. The Ruling Sin, 2 Councilors (Representatives) and an Overlord (2 or more can be active at the same time but whichever is deemed more powerful is the 'official' one, usually chosen by the Ruling Sin themselves.)
This structure was supposed to work as a way to keep control over the rings and their inhabitants in a way that was familiar to most (acting as a regular human government would) it eventually became a bunch of Ring-specific circlejerks.
