I just had a moment of realization on Discord that this show has been my whole adolescence.

I can honestly say it made me who I am today. I had no real direction in what I wanted to do and who I was before getting involved in all this shit and discovering things about myself with it.

When I was 12 I had no clue about what I wanted to do in life — now at 17 I know I want desperately to be an artist, to work in animation and tell fun stories for everyone.

When the show ends, I’ll be going to college to work in animation.

When I was 12 I didn’t know who I was and was disengaged with the world — now I have learned so much about other people, social issues, and myself. I figured out that I’m most likely a lesbian.

If this show didn’t exist, I wouldn’t be here right now. Not as the same person.

It’s incredible how much seemingly small events affect you. This show shaped me. I’m so glad yet upset for it, and this era of my life, to end.
